This study aims to analyze the role of attitudes towards the use of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in mediating perceived benefits, perceived convenience and perceived risks to interest in using online medical records. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research is located at Mangusada Regional Hospital. The number of samples specified in this study were 92 samples using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that perceived benefits and perceived convenience had a positive and significant effect, while perceived risks had a negative and significant effect on attitudes towards using RME. Perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and RME have a positive and significant effect, while risks have a negative and significant effect on the intention to use RME. The attitude of using RME can mediate the variables of perceived benefits, perceived ease and perceived risk of interest in using RME.
