<p>This study is motivated by the low quality of mathematics learning for students with special needs caused by the need for teaching materials tailored to their needs and the limitations of teachers in using inclusive learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a community service initiative designed to improve mathematics learning for students with special needs in SLB. This study used a developmental research method with a pretest-posttest design on one group of research subjects, involving teachers and students with special needs as test subjects. The program involved 20 students and 4 teachers. The results show the initiative's effectiveness in improving math education for special needs students. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, while the instruments used included observation guidelines, interview sheets, and questionnaires for teachers and students. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and paired t-tests to measure changes in teachers' understanding and skills and improvements in students' motivation and learning outcomes. This study concludes that inclusive education interventions based on special learning aids effectively overcome learning barriers for students with special needs. <p>Sebanyak 3,18% penduduk Indonesia yang berusia di atas 10 tahun masih buta aksara. Ini menjadi kepribatian yang perlu direspon dengan penguatan literasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manfaat dari pendirian Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Bersaudara dalam menciptakan ruang bersama bagi warga masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah secara kualitatif dengan action plan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik samping dilakukan dengan purposive random sampling. Informan dalam penelitian sebayak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi dan rancangan program kegiatan RW belum menyentuh anak-anak. Remaja dan pemuda memiliki wadah organisasi karang taruna, kaum bapak tergabung dalam komunitas olah raga, dan kaum ibu memiliki komunitas arisan. Anak-anak luput dari perhatian. Pendirian TBM Bersaudara yang berbasis inklusi sosial merupakan jawaban untuk mengakomodir terciptanya ruang bersama bagi masyarakat. Fokus kegiatan rutin untuk menyediakan ruang bersama bagi anak-anak. Sedangkan kegiatan terprogram dirancang untuk pengembangan kapasitas bagi usia yang lebih dewasa. TBM Bersaudara berperan dalam menciptakan ruang bersama bagi warga masyarakat, meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan warga, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas, perilaku positif, dan kualitas hidup. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah TBM dapat berperan sebagai katalisator untuk kegiatan komunitas, seperti diskusi kelompok, lokakarya, dan acara budaya, yang pada gilirannya dapat mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosial.</p>Sri Mulyani

<p>Seeing the problems experienced by many residents who own pigs but only sell them live and many residents, especially mothers, want to improve their economic welfare, Community Service activities are carried out. Pigs are livestock that are used for their meat. Pork is a source of animal protein. The nutritional content of 100 grams of fresh pork is 450 kcal, 11.9 grams of protein, 45 grams of fat. Looking at the pork content, the strategy used is to diversify pork into processed beef jerky. This initiative aims to encourage creative ideas and entrepreneurial motivation among housewives in Bangka Leda Village. This type of research is qualitative. The subjects involved in this research were housewives. Data collection methods. This community service activity includes observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), socialization, product manufacturing training assistance, discussion and evaluation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this Community Service activity were that housewives received a positive and very enthusiastic response. It is hoped that making creative and innovative products can increase the level of knowledge, skills and opportunities for economic prosperity. <p>Rendahnya kemampuan pengolahan ikan di masyarakat Malind disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, terutama kurangnya pemahaman teknis dan manajerial yang memadai dalam proses pengolahan ikan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah program pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif telah dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengolahan ikan di kalangan masyarakat. Program ini melibatkan 50 peserta yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang masyarakat Malind. Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif, termasuk ceramah yang mendalam untuk memberikan pemahaman teori yang kuat, diskusi interaktif yang memungkinkan peserta berbagi pengalaman dan solusi, serta praktik langsung yang menitikberatkan pada penguasaan keterampilan teknis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil utama penelitian ini sangat menggembirakan, dengan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta. Mereka tidak hanya mampu menguasai aspek teknis dalam pengolahan ikan, seperti penggunaan alat dan teknik pengawetan yang lebih efektif, tetapi juga mulai memahami pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka di pasar. <p>Kesulitan guru untuk mempersiapkan kemapanan karir secara berkualitas dalam peran mengajar, belajar dan berkarya sesuai dengan kebutuhan, tuntutan dan tantangan kebijakan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), kebutuhan pelatihan, kebutuhan pengukuran kinerja serta pencapaian visi misi sekolah dengan keunggulan pembelajaran yang memastikan layanan pendidikan untuk pembentukan kecerdasan, bakat dan minat siswa. Profesionalisme guru melalui pendidikan berkelanjutan menjadi pilar penyelenggaraan. Kegiatan PKM menyikapinya dengan 3 bidang fokus kebutuhan: manajemen pendidikan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pendidikan, serta bidang Kesehatan, gizi dan hidup bersih. Sasaran: kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua dan peserta didik baru kelas 1 berfokus pada cara inovatif dan kreatif guru dalam menentukan strategi peningkatan manajemen frame work life cycle dan kepemimpinan pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan: Pre-Post test, diskusi, sosialisasi, coaching, praktek, observasi, pelatihan, dengan 5 tahap: Pra Pengkondisian, Sosialisasi, Pelatihan dan Penerapan Teknologi, Pendampingan dan evaluasi, dan Keberlanjutan Program. Tingkatan efektifitas capaian hasil PKM: (1) Pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan Manajemen Karir Guru sebesar 89%, (2) Transformasi digital sebesar 100%, (3) Pengetahuan dan perilaku kesehatan, gizi dan hidup bersih siswa dan orang tua sebesar 85%, (4) 96% hasil umpan balik menyatakan program pemberdayaan mengatasi permasalahan. <p>Carrot pork meatballs (<em>Babiwor</em>) are a combination of animal and vegetable sources into a processed food product. Frozen food pork carrot meatballs are one of the product innovations that can extend the shelf life of products and are able to meet the tastes of people and their surroundings who believe in non-Muslims. PKM activities consist of 3 series, namely location survey, outreach and training. The aim of socialization and training activities on making <em>Babiwor</em> directly targeting housewives as the main target is to increase the level of innovation, creativity, reduce unemployment rates, and fulfill animal and vegetable nutritional needs. And can increase the value of economic welfare. Through community service activities, new economic business alternatives can be provided in the community. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects involved in this research were housewives. The data collection methods used are observation and mapping or field measurements. The instrument used is a survey form or questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The main results of the research obtained were significant results, after carrying out the community service program, participants were able to process pork into carrot pork meatballs. <p>Terbatasnya pemahaman anggota komunitas terkait pengembangan skema bisnis dan susunan organisasi. Secara lebih spesifik, problematika ini menjadi hal yang fundamental yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus untuk dapat diselesaikan Kelompok Wanita Tani (Kenanga) merupakan kelompok berbasis masyarakat di Padukuhan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga. Secara garis besar, kelompok memiliki keunggulan kompetitif, antara lain semangat, antusiasme, dan letak geografis yang dapat membawa masyarakat mencapai tujuannya. Prinsip-prinsip keterlibatan mitra, pertukaran pengalaman teoritis dan praktis, serta pertukaran pengalaman dan publikasi telah diselesaikan dalam pengabdian ini. Melalui layanan ini diharapkan terjadi pertukaran pengalaman dan manfaat antar mitra. Selain itu, <em>service-learning</em> menekankan kepada keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proses pengabdian untuk menciptakan kesinambungan dan kesempatan dalam mengkonfirmasi teori dalam hal praktik. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya kolaborasi yang mampu menonjolkan sumber daya internal dan mendorong pemberdayaan organisasi untuk mencapai komuniats yang mandiri. Pemberdayaan ini ditunjukkan dengan proses partisipasi aktif komunitas dalam menyusun materi dan bahan yang dibutuhkan dengan harapan bahwa proses pengabdian akan menjadi tepat sasaran, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keunggulan komuniats. Akhir kata, pengabdian ini dapat mendokumentasikan semangat dan antusiasme yang dihasilkan melalui naskah ini. <p>Not all of the learning outcomes test items that have been developed by high school teachers have been analyzed, so they cannot be said to be quality learning outcomes tests. The problem is that most high school teachers do not understand how to analyze learning outcomes test items. The aim of this training is to increase knowledge for high school teachers about analyzing quality questions. The research subjects were 25 high school teachers, consisting of subject teacher representatives. The research method is quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques use experiments, observation, and pre- and post-test scores. The data analysis used in this research is a paired t-test (paired sample t-test). Process this research data using SPSS. The results of the research are in accordance with the achievement target, namely increasing the teacher's ability to analyze question items. This is proven by a significant increase in posttest scores compared to the pretest, with results in sig. (2 tailed) = 0.001 < 0.05. As proof that teachers have participated in training, they are given certificates. <p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya pembekalan kewirausahaan, serta rendahnya keterampilan menghasilkan produk-produk yang berkualitas dan memiliki daya saing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan melalui produksi dan pemasaran jamu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan melalui kegiatan P2M. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Anggota PPI Brunei Darussalam dan Anggota PKK RT 03 RW 19 Ngringo Karanganyar Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara. Kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggota PPI Brunei Darussalam dan ibu-ibu PKK Ngringo Surakarta mampu memproduksi jamu yang terdiri dari beras kencur, kunyit asam dengan peralatan modern, proses yang higienis dan dikemas dalam botol berlabel. Selain itu, Anggota PPI Brunei Darussalam dan ibu-ibu PKK Ngringo Surakarta memiliki pengetahuan tentang analisis kelayakan usaha dan pemasaran produk jamu melalui aplikasi di <em>market place</em>. <p>Teachers face significant challenges in career development, including lack of vision, excessive workload, inadequate professional development, and long hours coupled with administrative tasks. This community service project applies the concept of service learning to improve teachers' professional knowledge and career planning. The initiative, implemented in March 2024 at the Pride Education Foundation in Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra, includes seminars and training sessions designed to equip educators with innovative teaching strategies, effective classroom management techniques, and methods to foster a positive learning environment. The program uses seminars, mentoring, and interactive discussions to deliver its content. Evaluative measures, including pre- and post-seminar assessments and participant feedback, were used to measure the impact of activities on teachers' professional growth. The results of the evaluation show that community service initiatives significantly support teachers in career planning and increase their teaching knowledge. These findings underscore the value of such initiatives in advancing educators' professional development, enhancing their ability to meet diverse student needs and navigate educational challenges. <p>Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) "Permata Ngijo" memiliki lebih dari 30 anggota dengan perputaran dana lebih dari 100 juta rupiah dalam satu tahun. Permasalahan yang dihadapi koperasi ini adalah terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki dan sulitnya mendapatkan dana tambahan sebagai modal koperasi. Beberapa anggota koperasi yang memiliki usaha sambilan berupa produk olahan mengharapkan ada dana untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Selain kekurangan dana, mereka rata-rata juga mengalami kesulitan dalam pemasaran produk. Sementara itu, di era digital pemasaran produk-produk sangatlah dimudahkan, namun yang menjadi permasalahan banyak anggota Koperasi Permata Ngijo yang belum dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk membantu memasarkan produk-produk yang dihasilkan. Memperhatikan hal tersebut, maka kegiatan pengabdian ini mengambil topik bimbingan berwirausaha di era digital. <p>The bitter taste of uyup-uyup, an herbal herb that promotes breast milk, makes breastfeeding mothers in Jarum Village, Klaten reluctant to consume it, even though uyup-uyup has the potential to prevent stunting in babies. This research aims to empower the community by increasing knowledge about the benefits of uyup-uyup in maintaining health through counseling and assistance in making UEENAK uyup-uyup products that are more delicious and practical. This study uses a one-group pre-post test design which will be carried out in 2024, involving 45 subjects consisting of health center officials, PKK members, health cadres, and breastfeeding mothers. Knowledge data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see changes in knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant improvement in the subject's knowledge with a difference in pretest and posttest scores (61.33(14,937) vs 75.78(10,333), p-value=0.001). In addition, the subject stated that UEENAK uyup-uyup products are tastier and easier to make. This study concluded that counseling and mentoring activities have succeeded in empowering the community, which motivates them to explore other herbs to prevent stunting and increase breast milk production.
