This study is a classroom action research with the subjects of the study being all students of class VIII 1 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 22 students. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that at the initial observation stage, student learning success for learning activities was only 77.00%. In the implementation of cycle I, there was an increase in student learning outcomes of 81.6%. The implementation of cycle II actions also saw an increase in success to 90.9% of students meeting the minimum completeness criteria. Then, student learning success for learning outcomes was only 18.20%. In the implementation of cycle I, there was an increase in student learning outcomes of 81.8%. The implementation of cycle II actions also saw an increase in success to 92.4% of students meeting the minimum completeness criteria. Based on the results of classical learning, it can be concluded that the GI type cooperative learning model can improve learning activities and learning outcomes of passing control techniques (inside foot) in football for students of class VIII 1 of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. To meet these demands, an appropriate curriculum is needed, one of which is the Merdeka Curriculum. One of the learning models that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is Project-Based Learning (PjBL). PjBL is one of the student-centered learning models. PjBL emphasizes students to be collaborative, creative and able to think critically. This research was conducted to find out the problems encountered by teachers in implementing Project-Based Learning. This research used a case study using a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting data, this study used two instruments, namely observation checklist when conducting observations and also interviews to strengthen the findings obtained during observation. This research was conducted at Pelangi School Bali. The subjects of this research were a teacher in grade 3 and two teachers in grade 4. This research aims to determine the visibility and effectiveness of Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning in Elementary Schools (SD) in Buleleng District. Descriptive - quantitative research type with a sample of 45 schools from a population of 75 schools. Using collection methods in the form of surveys, observations, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research in terms of visibility and effectiveness in terms of visibility of teacher personality competence with a score of 7.88 in the "Good" category, learning implementation with a score of 8.76 in the "Good" category, lesson implementation plans with a score of 8.06 in the "Good" category, and the ratio of teachers to students is 1: 26.29 in the "Ideal" category. In terms of effectiveness, the grades of students in elementary schools in Buleleng District at school have been stated to be good in taking physical education, sports and health (PJOK) lessons. For the questionnaire that researchers gave to elementary schools (SD) in Buleleng District, the number of respondents was 621 people. With a total of 10 questions given from the results of students' views, if the total average of the questionnaires given to students in elementary schools (SD) in Buleleng District with a total of 621 respondents gave a strongly disagree answer of 0.3 %, disagree 1.7%, agree 54.7%, and strongly agree 44.0%. So it can be concluded that the visibility in elementary schools in the "Good" category and the effectiveness of physical education, sports and health learning in elementary schools has been carried out effectively and systematically. This study uses a development study approach with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developed product has been validated by experts in the fields of educational content, learning design, learning media, and field practice. Product trials include individual trials on three students, small group trials on nine students, and large group trials on twenty-seven students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the validation of learning content experts produced a score of 96%, a very good category, validation of learning design experts produced a score of 96%, a very good category, validation of learning media experts produced a score of 95%, a very good category, validation of field practitioners produced a score of 96%, a very good category, individual trials produced a score of 98%, a very good category, small group trials produced a score of 96%, a very good category, and large group trials produced a score of 90%, a very good category. One effective way that must be done by human resource development to achieve this is to increase employee work motivation through a behavioral counseling approach with reward and punishment techniques. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe the role and function of human resource development in increasing work motivation through a behavioral counseling approach with reward and punishment techniques. The method used in this study is a field survey with structured interview techniques, participant observation, literacy studies, and documentation studies. The informants in this study numbered three people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data processing method used is descriptive qualitative with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study and discussion, the author can conclude that the role and function of human resource development are very important in increasing employee work motivation. The research method uses descriptive, through surveys. The research sample was 47 students. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. Data collection was used by administering questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Gregory test.
