Strategi Transformasi Digital UMKM Kerajinan Tangan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam strategi yang dilakukan oleh UMKM kerajinan tenun dalam beradadaptasi dengan dunia digital pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ini. Transformasi digital bagi UMKM menjadi keniscayaan masa masa pandemic sekarang, namun juga tidak terlepas dari tantangan yang menyertainya. Para pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun di lapangan memiliki strategi untuk beradaptasi saat situasi krisis. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa UMKM akan diuji resiliensinya (kebertahannya) di tengah krisis untuk untuk mengeksploitasi sumber daya yang dimilikinya dan melakukan langkah-langkah inovatif. Artikel ini menjadikan para pengerajin tenun di Kabupaten Gianyar sebagai subyek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Klasifikasi dan analisis data dilakukan dengan kaidah metode kualitatif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun menghadapi kesulitan dalam melakukan adaptasi dengan teknologi digital, terutama pada pemasaran dalam jaringan (daring). Implikasinya, UMKM harus merancang strategi masuk dalam ekosistem digital.
