Hubungan Pemahaman Vaksin Covid-19 terhadap Perilaku Kesediaan Divaksin dan Sikap Menghadapi New Normal di Malang

Keberadaan vaksin Covid-19 di tengah pandemi menjadi salah satu harapan untuk mengatasi krisis dan kembali pada kehidupan normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pemahaman masyarakat di Kota Malang terkait vaksin Covid-19 (variabel X), pola perilaku kesediaan untuk divaksin (variabel Y1) dan pola sikap pada new normal (variabel Y2), serta melakukan uji korelasi pada 3 variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-eksplanatif dengan uji statistik rank kendall. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 148 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara variabel X dengan Y1 dengan koefisien korelasi 0,085, maupun variabel X dengan Y2 koefisien korelasi 0,051. Tingginya pemahaman responden tentang vaksin tidak berpengaruh pada kesediaan divaksin dengan alasan terkait keamanan vaksin, takut efek samping, kurang yakin dengan efektivitas vaksin, serta berkaitan dengan keyakinan agama. Dalam menghadapi new normal yang paling penting adalah mematuhi Prokes, bukan melakukan vaksinasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan masih perlunya sosialisasi tentang vaksin terutama terkait efek samping dan efektivitas vaksin.
