PENGARUH PLATIHAN WHOLE METHOD AND PART METHOD TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SMASH NORMAL PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA VOLI SMAN 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN 2017/2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan whole method and part method terhadap peningkatan smash normal pada sisiwa ekstrakurikuler SMAN 2 singaraja, jumlah subjek penelitian 50 orang yang di bagi menjadi tiga kelompok, kelompok perlakuan yang di bagi menjadi dua banyak subjeknya 17 orang perkelompok dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 16 orang, rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain “the nonrandomizide control grup pretes posttest design.”. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketermpilan bola voli (Nurhasan,2000:160) Analisis data menggunakan uji One way Anova dilanjutkan mencari data yang lebih berpengaruh menggunakan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dan perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan whole method and part method terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar smash normal, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, untuk yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan signifikan smash normal adalah pelatihan part method dilihat dari mean difference uji LSD yaitu sebesar 1.41176.dari analisis tersebut dapat disumpulkan bahwa Pelatihan part method and part method dapat meningkatkan kemampuan smash normal.Kata Kunci : latihan whole method, latihan part method, teknik dasar smash normal
This research aims to know about the effect of whole method and part method exercise towards the ability of basic technic on normal smash of students of volleyball extracurricular in SMA N 2 SINGARAJA . the subject of the research were 50 students which were divided by 3 large groups. The experiment group is divided by two with 17 people in a group, and the control group is 16 people in a group. The research used experimental quasi with a design “the nonrandomized control group pretest posttest design “. The instrument used was volleyball skill test (Nurhasan, 2000:160). The data analysis used One Way Anova test continued by searching the data using LSD with the significant amount of 5%. Th result of the research shows that there is a significant effect and the different effect of whole method and part method exercise towards the ability of basic technic on normal smash, with a significant number of 0.002 < 0.05, more for the more influencing effect towards the raising point of normal smash is part method exercise which can be seen from the mean difference LSD test that is 1,41176. From the analysis above, can be concluded that whole method and part method exercise can increase the ability on normal smash of volleyball extracurricular in SMA N 2 SINGARAJA .
