PENGARUH PELATIHAN RUNNING INTERVAL 30 METER DENGAN RASIO KERJA ISTIRAHAT 1:3 DAN 1:5 PENINGKATAN KARDIOVASKULER

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan running interval 30 meter dengan rasio kerja dan istirahat 1:3 dan 1:5 terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 orang siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing berdasarkan hasil pretest. Daya tahan kardiovaskuler diukur dengan multistage fitnes test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji t-independent dari kelompok perlakuan 1:3 diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 7.269 dengan signifikansi hitung 0,000 dan data hasil dari kelompok perlakuan 1:5 diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4.233 dengan nilai signifikansi hitung 0,000 yang menunjukan nilai α < 0,05 maka terdapat peningkatan dari masing-masing kelompok. Hasil analisis menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variable daya tahan kardovaskuler. Pada kelompok perlakuan 1:3 meningkat sebesar 4,984, pada kelompok perlakuan 1:5 meningkat 2,807 dan pada kelompok kontrol meningkat 0,669, dari data hasil Uji-F terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskuler diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 27.567 dengan nilai signifikansi hitung 0,000 α < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Maka dilakukan uji least significant difference untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan lari interval dengan rasio kerja dan istirahat 1:3 dan 1:5 berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler, berdasarkan hasil uji (LSD) dengan rasio kerja dan istirahat 1:3 lebih baik pengaruhnya untuk peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskulerKata Kunci : pelatihan running interval, daya tahan kardiovaskuler.
This study was aimed to identify the effect of interval running 30 metres distance training with work ratio and recovery 1:3 and 1:5 toward the cardiovascular endurance. The type of the research is quasi experiment. This study was designed in the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 39 basketball extracurricular students from SMP Negeri 2 which were divided into three groups decided by ordinal pairing technique based on the results of pre-test. Cardiovascular endurance was measured by multistage fitnes test. Based on result of analysis using t-Independent test of treatment group 1:3 obtained tmeasure amounted to 7.269 with significance value 0,000 and the test result data tmeasure of treatment group 1:5 obtained tmeasure amounted to 4,233 with the significance value 0,000, wich the value of α < 0,05 then there is an increase of each group, The results of the analysis indicate a change of average variable cardiovascular endurance, in the treatment group 1:3 increased 4,984, the treatment group 1:5 increased 2,807 and the control group increase 0,699 And the next test is least significance difference to know wich better effect to increase cardiovascular endurance. Based of (LSD) data can be concluded that the running interval 1;3 better effect to increase cardiovascular endurance. Suggestion tha can be conveyed is that this research could be used as a reference in the implementation of training or further study.
