The research developed learning media based on learning videos using the ADDIE model, where the research subject was grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. The results of data analysis on the development of learning video-based learning media were tested by experts and obtained an expert assessment of 86% of the content/learning materials in the good category, 92.5% of the assessment of learning design experts in the very good category, 91.6% of the assessment of learning media experts in the very good category and 96% of the assessment of field practitioner experts in the very good category. The small group trial received a rating of 96.4% in the very good category and the large group trial received a score of 96.8% in the excellent category. Because by providing good endurance training, an athlete will be able to apply techniques and tactics to the maximum, so that with excellent endurance abilities the opportunity to achieve achievements will be easier. This research is experimental research, where this research is used to determine whether there is an influence or effect on an object that has been studied. In this study, data collection was carried out using a multiple choice question type test using an initial test (pretest) and a final test (post-test). The population of this study were all karate athletes who actively trained at the ZIEZOYUKI KARATE ACADEMY Dojo, totaling 20 karateka. sample of 30 people with a sampling technique using total sampling. The instrument used in this research is the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). In this research, data collection was carried out during the pre-test and post-test. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using Paired-test with the help of SPSS at a significance level of 5%. . The normality test was carried out using the IBM SPSS 20 software. The homogeneity test was carried out with the help of the IBM SPSS 20 software using the Levene's test with reference to the probability value or Sig. based on mean. The VO2 pretest results for men showed that the minimum value was 22.25, the maximum value was 40.13, the mean was 31.5625, the median was 31.1900, and the standard deviation was 5.80528. Meanwhile, the VO2 pretest results for women had a minimum value of 6.60, a maximum value of 31.19, a mean of 20.2075, a median of 23.3650, and a standard deviation of 8.25331. After carrying out the VO2 posttest, the maximum value increased to a minimum value of 28.95, a maximum value of 45.72, a mean of 37.7108, a median of 36.2200, and a standard deviation of 6.09969 for men, while for women the posttest VO2 result was a minimum value of 11.07 , maximum value 37.90, mean 23.0863, median 23.9250, and standard deviation 8.79715. The aim of this research is to develop learning media based on video tutorials about basic passing techniques in class VII volleyball at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. The type of research used is the development type with the ADDIE development model which has five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The development product has been validated by content experts, design experts and learning media experts as well as field practitioner experts. Sample trials for this product are individual trials with 3 students, small group trials with 6 students, field trials with one class with 30 students. This research uses assessment instruments and descriptive-qualitative and descriptive-quantitative analysis techniques. By obtaining product validation results, the learning content expert test was found to be 93% in the very good category, the design and learning media expert test was 97% in the very good category, and the field practitioner expert test was 95% in the very good category. For individual trials 96% were in the very good category, for small group trials 96% were in the very good category, for large group trials 94% were in the very good category. The aim of this research was to determine the visibility and effectiveness of PJOK learning in senior secondary schools (SMA) throughout Buleleng Regency. This type of research is descriptive - quantitative with a sample of 23 schools from a population of 30 schools. By using data collection methods using surveys, observations, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show two results in terms of visibility and effectiveness of learning. In terms of visibility, the teacher's personality competency score is 7.66 in the "Good" category, the implementation of learning is 7.55 in the "Good" category, and the learning implementation plan is 7.39 in the "Good" category. , and the ratio of teachers to students is 1: 70.43 in the "Less ideal" category, whereas in terms of learning effectiveness for students' grades, it shows that it is above the minimum completeness criteria value, so students have followed PJOK learning well, as seen from the questionnaire provided given to 75 students with 12 questions giving an overall score of strongly disagree 2.21%, disagree 7% agree 71%, and strongly agree 22%. In playing all body parts are involved. So that all body parts become active in moving. The purpose of this study was to examine the physical condition of elementary school children in cricket can improve their fitness. This study includes literature review research. The data needed are scientific articles that have been published in various journals. The article search was carried out using the Google Scholar fast search engine. The keywords entered were cricket and started from publications in 2020 to 2024. The articles used as primary data were articles published in national journals, at least nationally accredited, and reputable international journals. Based on the screening results, eight articles were obtained that were eligible for review. The results of the study showed that cricket is very relevant to improve the fitness of elementary school children. Maximal strength helps athletes perform throwing techniques well when competing. Therefore, the right method is needed to increase the athlete's maximal strength. This study aims to examine the effect of complex training methods on the maximal strength of judo athletes, where complex training methods have been shown to provide positive benefits for various components of athletes' physical conditions. An experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. The treatment in the form of a training program using the complex training method for eight weeks was given to 20 Indonesian judo athletes. Maximal strength tests using squats and bench press were carried out before and after treatment. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test. This study provides results that show that the complex training method has been proven to be able to significantly increase the maximal strength of judo athletes. In addition, the results also show that there is a difference in the percentage of increase between male and female athletes. The aim of this research was to determine the visibility and effectiveness of PJOK learning in junior high schools (SMP) throughout Buleleng Regency. This type of research is descriptive - quantitative with data collection techniques namely 1) Survey, 2) Observation, 3) Documentation study, and 4) Interview. The sample used in this research was 46 schools from a population of 72 schools.
