ANALISIS TOTAL KOLONI BAKTERI YANG TERDAPAT DI PEMANDIAN AIR PANAS TOYA BUNGKAH KABUPATEN BANGLI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)mengetahui perbedaan jumlah koloni bakteri yang terdapat di aliran air panas Toya Bungkah pada tiga tempat yang berbeda. (2) mengetahui jumlah koloni bakteri terbanyak pada aliran air panas Toya Bungkah.(3) menganalisis genus bakteri yang terdapat di setiap tempat aliran air panas Toya Bungkah. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausal komperatif, yaitu penyelidikan empiris yang sistematis di mana peneliti tidak mengendalikan variabel bebas secara langsung karena variabel tersebut pada dasarnya tidak dapat di manipulasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) jumlah koloni bakteri yaitu pada sumber (pancuran) 73, kolam pemandian 194, tempat pembuangan 107. (2) tempat terbanyak terdapat bakteri adalah pada kolam pemandian. (3) hasil identifikasi bakteri diperoleh 6 genus bakteri yaitu Listeria, Enterococcus, Streptococcus, Pseudomonas, Enterobacter, dan Bacillus.

This research aimed at: (1) to know the difference amount of bacteria colonies of Toya Bungkah hot water stream flow on three different areas; (2) to know the greatest number of bacteria colony at Toya Bungkah hot stream flow; (3) to analyse the genus of bacteria at each areas hot water stream flow at Toya Bungkah. This research is a causal comparative research, that is a systematic emphiric research ini which the researcher did not control the independent variabele since thi variable could not be manipulated. Data collection of this research was conducted in three steps: preparatin, implementation, observation. The result of this research indicated that (1) the total amount of bacteria colony, that is the source (fountain) 73, swimming pool 194, and on water spillyway 107. The greatest number of bacterias are found at swimming pool. The identification of bacteria resulted 6 genus of bacteria, they are: Listeria, Enterococcus, Streptococcus, Pseudomonas, Enterobacter, dan Bacillus.
