KEANEKARAGAMAN TUMBUHAN ANGGREK EPIFIT DI KAWASAN TAMAN WISATA ALAM (TWA) SANGEH BALI DAN PEMANFAATANNYA SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MORFOLOGI TUMBUHAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman tumbuhan anggrek epifit di kawasan hutan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Sangeh Bali, 2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan pemanfaatan herbarium tumbuhan anggrek epifit di kawasan hutan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Sangeh Bali sebagai media pembelajaran morfologi tumbuhan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksploratif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tumbuhan anggrek yang tumbuh sebagai epifit pada habitus pohon di hutan Sangeh. Sampel dari penelitian ini yakni, spesies tumbuhan anggrek epifit yang hidup di hutan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Sangeh yang meliputi 15 titik sampel yang jaraknya terdekat dengan line transect. Data tingkat kelayakan herbarium sebagai media pembelajaran, diperoleh melalui metode kuisioner dan observasi oleh mahasiswa semester II t.a 2015/2016. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah: 1) Ditemukan 4 jenis anggrek epifit yaitu Dendrobium crumenatum Sw., Bulbophyllum odoratum (Blume) Lindl., Bryobium hyacinthoides (Blume) Y.P.Ng & P.J.Cribb., dan Vanda tricolor Lindl., nilai indeks keanekaragaman tergolong tinggi yakni sebesar 0,6613, 2) Dari 4 herbarium terdapat 2 herbarium yang dinyatakan sangat layak dan 2 herbarium yang dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran.

Hence, this research aims: 1) to know the epiphytic orchids diversity in the forest of the Natural Park (TWA) Sangeh Bali, 2) to determine the worthiness of the use of herbarium plant epiphytic orchids in the Natural Park (TWA) Sangeh Bali as a morphology plant learning media. The research type in this study is exploratif. The population of the study is the whole orchids which grow as epiphytes on habitus trees in the Sangeh forest . Samples of the study was taken from the epiphytic orchid species that live in the forest Natural Park (TWA) Sangeh which include 15 sample points which were located closest to the line transect. Data of the worthiness of the herbarium as a learning media was obtained through questionnaire and observation by the second semester students t.a 2015/2016. The results obtained are: 1) Found 4 types of epiphytic orchids, i.e., Dendrobium crumenatum Sw., Bulbophyllum odoratum (Blume) Lindl., Bryobium hyacinthoides (Blume) Y.P.Ng & P.J.Cribb., and Vanda tricolor Lindl., The value of the diversity index is high amounting to 0.6613, 2) From 4 herbarium, there are two determined to be very worthy and two herbarium determined to be worthy as a learning media.
