AKTIVITAS BALAI BAHASA BALI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PEMBINAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN BIDANG KEBAHASAAN SERTA KESASTRAAN INDONESIA DI BALI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji (1) program kerja Balai Bahasa Bali dalam mewujudkan pembinaan dan pengembangan bidang kebahasaan serta kesastraan Indonesia di Bali (2) implementasi program kerja Balai Bahasa Bali dalam mewujudkan pembinaan dan pengembangan bidang kebahasaan serta kesastraan Indonesia di Bali dan (3) evaluasi program kerja Balai Bahasa Bali dalam mewujudkan pembinaan dan pengembangan bidang kebahasaan serta kesastraan Indonesia di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Balai Bahasa Bali. Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan Balai Bahasa Bali dalam mewujudkan pembinaan dan pengembangan bidang kebahasaan serta kesastraan Indonesia di Bali. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Ada dua kecenderungan Balai Bahasa Bali dalam usaha pembinaan dan pengembangan bidang kebahasaan serta kesastraan Indonesia, yakni menyelenggarakan penilaian dan mengadakan lokakarya, (2) implementasi kerja Balai Bahasa Bali sudah memenuhi empat tahap kegiatan, yaitu tahap pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan, tahap kulminasi, dan tindak lanjut, dan (3) Evaluasi telah memenuhi komponen-komponen yang perlu dievaluasi antara lain meliputi pencapaian tujuan dan ketepatan tujuan dan isi materi pelatihan.

This study aimed at assessing 1) the work program of Balai Bahasa Bali in actualizing the coaching and development of language field and Indonesian literature in Bali, 2) the implementation of Balai Bahasa Bali work program in actualzing the coaching and development of language field and Indonesian literature in Bali, and (3 the evaluation of Balai Bahasa Bali work program in actualizing the coaching and development of language field and Indonesian literature in Bali. This study used descriptive qualitative design. The subjects of this study were Balai Bahasa Bali in actualizing the coaching and development of language field and Indonesian literature in Bali. The results of this study were it was found that 1) there were two tendencies of Balai Bahasa Bali in the effort of coaching and develoving the language field and Indonesian literature, namely conducting assesment and helding workshop, 2) the implementation of Balai Bahasa Bali work program had fulfilled four stages of activity, namely the introduction stage, development stage, culmination stage, and follow up, 3) the evaluation had met the components that need to be evaluated including the achievement the objective and the accuracy of the objective and the content of the training materials.
