Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) keterampilan pengelolaan kelas guru bahasa indonesia dalam pembelajaran materi teks eksplanasi pada siswa kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tabanan, dan (2) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru bahasa Indonesia dalam melaksanakan keterampilan pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran materi teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di kelas XI TKJ di SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tabanan. Objek penelitian ini adalah keterampilan pengelolaan kelas guru bahasa Indonesia dan kendala guru dalam keterampilan pengelolaan kelas. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi dan metode wawancara. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, alat perekam, dan pedoman wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) memusatkan perhatian, (2) memperjelas masalah, (3) menganalisis pandangan siswa, (4) meningkatkan partisipasi siswa terhadap kelompok, (5) menyebarkan kesempatan berpartisipasi, dan (6) menutup diskusi. Akan tetapi, tidak semua komponen diterapkan pada tiap-tiap sekolah. Kendala yang ditemui guru ketika melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas berasal dari faktor guru,dan siswa.

This study aimed to describe (1) classroom management skills of Indonesian teacher in learning explanatory text material on students XI TKJ SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tabanan, and (2) the constraints found indonesian teacher in implementing classroom management skills of learning explanatory text material on students XI TKJ SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tabanan. This study used a qualitative descriptive design. Subjects were teachers who teaches XI TKJ in SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tabanan. Objects were classroom management skills of Indonesian teacher in learning explanatory text material and the constraints found indonesian teacher in implementing classroom management skills of learning explanatory text material. The data was collected through observation and interviews. The instrument of this study is the observation sheet, tape recorders, and interview guides, and then It’s analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The result of this research shows that ( 1 ) focus , ( 2 ) issue clarified , ( 3 ) analyzing of students views , ( 4 ) participation increased of students group , ( 5 ) spread opportunity to participated , and ( 6 ) closed the discussion. But, all the components not applied for each school . The constraints encountered when implementing teacher Classroom Management derived from factors Teachers and Students.
