PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER APRESIASI SASTRA DI SMP NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja, (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja, dan (3) kendala yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pembina dan siswa yang terlibat dalam ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra. Data mengenai perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra diperoleh melalui metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra diperoleh melalui metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data mengenai kendala dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra diperoleh melalui metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan esktrakurikuler berbentuk program kerja. Hal-hal yang direncanakan dalam program kerja, yaitu bentuk-bentuk kegiatan, tempat, sarana, dan waktu pelaksanaan, (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra dilakukan dengan lima bentuk kegiatan apresiasi, yaitu membaca puisi, membaca dongeng, menulis puisi, musikalisasi puisi, dan drama, (3) kendala yang dihadapi pembina dalam melaksanakan kegiatan apresiasi sastra di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja, yakni memilih bentuk-bentuk kegiatan dan melaksanakan beberapa kegiatan, seperti membaca dongeng, menulis puisi, musikalisasi puisi, dan drama. Hal itu dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahuan pembina dalam membimbing bentuk-bentuk apresiasi sastra tersebut. Secara umum, pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apresiasi sastra di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja belum berjalan maksimal karena dari lima kegiatan, hanya satu kegiatan yang terlaksana dengan baik, yaitu membaca puisi.Kata Kunci : apresiasi, sastra, ekstrakurikuler
This study aimed to describe: (1) planning extracurricular activity literary appreciation in SMP N 3 Singaraja, (2) the implementation of the extracurricular activities literary appreciation in SMP N 3 Singaraja, and (3) constraints in literary appreciation activities in SMP N 3 Singaraja. This study used a qualitative descriptive design. The subjects were coaches and students involved in extracurricular literary appreciation in SMP N 3 Singaraja. The object of this research was the implementation of extracurricular activities appreciation of literature. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of this study are: (1) the planning used in the implementation of extracurricular activities was in the form of work program. Things were planned in work program namely, literary appreciation extracurricular activities, places, facilities and timing of implementation, (2) the implementation of extracurricular activities literary appreciation was done with five activity forms of appreciation those are, reading poetry, reading fairy tales, poetry writing, poems musical and drama, (3) constraints faced by supervisors in conducting literature appreciation in SMP N 3 Singaraja are choosing other forms of literature appreciation activities and carry out several activities, such as reading stories, writing poetry, m. It was due to the limited knowledge of coaches in guiding the forms of literary appreciation. In general, the implementation of extracurricular activities literary appreciation in SMP N 3 Singaraja not running optimally because of the five activities, only one activity that is performing well, the reading of poetry.
