<p>Graduate students show high levels of anxiety in studying Statistics; This anxiety affects their appreciation of statistics courses. This is urgent to research because there are differences between theory, expectations, and reality in the field. So, it is necessary to research to find out the appropriate pedagogical behavior of Statistics teachers to reduce postgraduate student anxiety. The research method used is a descriptive case study approach woven into a sequential explanatory design. The research subjects were lecturers and postgraduate students. Primary data was obtained from 99 postgraduate students regarding their level of anxiety in the field of Statistics and their experiences with lecturers' pedagogical behavior. Additionally, 12 graduate students were interviewed about their pedagogical behaviors that reduced their anxiety in Statistics. To triangulate primary data, evidence of assessment of lecturers' teaching practices was obtained from the university's Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance Unit. The results and findings show that there are 17 strategic lecturer pedagogical behaviors in general behavior (affective factors and pedagogical practices) and specific pedagogy (cognitive factors) which reduce postgraduate students' statistics anxiety and increase positive attitudes towards statistics studies. This is the heuristic contribution that this research offers to the application of processing efficiency theory. <p>Students in the Master of Basic Education program have diverse backgrounds. However, innovative abilities have not grown because teaching experience has not been accompanied by experience using technology and vice versa. This study aims to develop students' innovative thinking skills through a learning model that is project-based learning with a paired novice expert model. This type of research is pre-experimental design with a sample of 38 Master of Basic Education students. Questionnaire filling was used to assess students' perspectives on innovative thinking skills before and after treatment and an assessment rubric to assess the product. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and the resulting product was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that innovative thinking skills can be developed. Teamwork is an aspect that has improved very well compared to the other four aspects of innovative thinking skills. The results of project completion show that on average, innovative thinking skills have developed well. The contextualized learning environment by presenting real problems related to the learning process of students in elementary schools is able to stimulate students' ability to solve problems. <p>The limited learning media used in IPAS learning makes students less motivated to learn and less optimal understanding of learning materials. These obstacles have an impact on the low learning outcomes of students. This research aims to create an interactive learning media based on artificial intelligence to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school. This type of research is development research (Research and Development). The development model used is the Borg & Gall development model. The subjects involved in this study consisted of a team of experts, classroom teachers, and grade IV students. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Techniques for analyzing data used initial data analysis techniques in the form of normality tests and final analysis techniques in the form of t tests and N-Gain tests. The results showed that the developed media was declared feasible and effective. Declared feasible based on validation from material experts obtained a score of 92.3% and media expert validation obtained a score of 96.4%, both in the very feasible category. It was declared effective based on the results of the pretest and post-test of students by conducting the N-Gain test obtained a score of 0.56 which showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the moderate category. The conclusion of this study is that the artificial intelligence-based interactive learning media developed is feasible and effective use as a learning media to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students.</p>Maisya Nafidatul Fu’adahIka Ratnaningrum

<p>The gap in learning outcomes between students with different levels of ability is a complex challenge in the world of education. Differentiated learning is a solution to accommodate individual student differences. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in enhancing students' understanding of data processing material, employing high-level operational verbs such as 'evaluate,' 'analyze,' and 'synthesize.' This research involved class teachers and 30 class 6A students. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation of student learning outcomes. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the TaRL approach significantly improves students' comprehension of data processing material. However, to address challenges in implementation, a more focused strategy and comprehensive support are necessary. <p>The use of teaching materials that are less interactive and do not maximize the use of technology is a problem that can affect student learning outcomes. This study aims to produce digital teaching materials based on flipbook in Civic Education class IV elementary school subjects that are practical, feasible, effective, and can improve student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that the learning process becomes more creative and innovative because of the digital teaching materials that involve technology in its use. The research method used in this research is the Research & Development (R&D) method which was developed with the ADDIE model. The subjects involved included 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 1 teacher, and 22 fourth grade students. The data collection techniques used are test techniques in the form of pretests and post-tests, and non-test techniques in the form of observation results, teacher interviews, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was carried out by practicality test and N-Gain test. The results of the validation of teaching materials by material experts of 90,6% and media experts of 95% show that the teaching materials "DIGINESIA" have met the criteria very feasible to be used as learning support. Based on the results of the pretest and post-test, it is known that the teaching materials “DIGINESIA” are effective for improving student learning outcomes as indicated by the results of an average increase of 45,8 and the N-Gain test results obtained of 0,73 with a high category. The response questionnaires distributed to teachers and students obtained 100% and 97,7% with very positive categories. From these results, it can be concluded that the teaching material “DIGINESIA” is feasible, practical, effective, and can improve the learning outcomes of grade IV students in the Civic Education subject.</p>Denty PramestyaYuli Witanto

<p>This research is motivated by the low availability of learning media that can support learning in elementary schools. This study aims to determine the design, feasibility and effectiveness of interactive learning video media using edpuzzle for grade III elementary school. This research is a development research with ADDIE development model. The subjects of this research trial were learning material content experts, learning media experts, design experts, third grade elementary school students. The data collection method used questionnaires and tests. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative-qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the learning video development design using edpuzzle, namely the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, then the results of product trials by material content experts, learning design experts, learning media experts, individual and small group assessment tests obtained good and very good qualifications. So that the product is declared valid and feasible to use. The effectiveness of the product is calculated based on the results of the paired sample t-test calculation, which shows that there is a significant difference in student learning motivation before using and after using interactive learning video media. <p>This research was conducted based on problems in the field, namely the lack of relevant learning media and still low social studies learning outcomes compared to other learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of media development, feasibility, and effectiveness of Flipbook learning media as a social studies learning media for grade IV material norms & customs in elementary schools. This research uses the type of R&D (Research & Development) research with the ADDIE development method. Data collection techniques in the form of tests & non-tests include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. The subjects of this study were 1 media expert, 1 material expert, 1 teacher, and 28 fourth grade students. Data collection instruments used questionnaires & test questions. Data analysis techniques used normality test, t-test, and N-Gain test. The results of the media expert assessment obtained a percentage of 92%, and the material expert obtained a percentage of 91.66%, including very feasible. The t-test results show Flipbook effectively improves social studies learning outcomes. N-Gain results showed an increase in social studies learning outcomes. <p>Academic performance problems that are still rampant in various boarding schools are often triggered by students' lack of active participation and confidence in their academic abilities. This study aims to analyze the effect of academic self-efficacy on academic performance with student engagement as a mediator for students in Islamic boarding schools. The method in this study is quantitative research with an ex-post facto approach. The sample in this study was determined using multistage random sampling technique with a total of 308 student. The instruments used in this study were academic self-efficacy scale with dimensions of level, generality, and strength, student engagement scale with dimensions of emotional engagement, cognitive engagement, and behavioural engagement, and academic performance measured by referring to report card data. The data obtained were analysed quantitatively using the PROCESS v4.2 macro of the Hayes 4 model through the SPSS Version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that academic self-efficacy, student engagement, and academic performance of students in boarding schools are positively related, and student engagement acts as a mediator between academic self-efficacy and academic performance. <p>Social studies education is very important for training communication skills in students up to college, because debate method training is an alternative for forcing students to communicate through pressure (pro-con opinions). This research aims to analyze the relationship between the use of the debate learning model and students' communication skills in MI/SD Basic Social Sciences learning. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment with a Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research are that the average result of the experimental class pretest is in the 0-54 interval, namely 53.53 and is in the very low criteria. Meanwhile, the control class pretest results were in the 0-54 interval, namely 47.30 and were in the very low criteria. The average results of the experimental class post-test were in the 65-79 interval, namely 65.43 and were in the medium criteria, while the control class post-test results were in the 0-54 interval, namely 50.53 and were in the very low criteria. . The probability value for the hypothesis test results, namely (2-tailed) is 0.000. <p>The difficulty experienced in the learning process is the difficulty of understanding learning due to the lack of interesting material explanations and the availability of teaching materials in schools is still limited. This study aims to analyze the validity of scratch-based interactive animation media and how to improve students' concept understanding after using scratch-based interactive animation media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by applying the ADDIE model. This study involved 34 students who underwent pretest-posttest trials to test the effectiveness of learning using the media. The evaluation in this study used two types of validation tools: material and media validation sheets assessed by five expert validators, and readability sheets filled out by learners. The validation results of this study show that the materials and media have a validity level of 93.25%, which indicates that the media is very valid. Readability by students reached 84%, indicating that the media was very practical to use. Based on these results, Scratch-based interactive animation media proved to be very feasible and effective to improve students' concept understanding.</p>Rifa SumaliaPrasetyo Listiaji

<p>This study addresses issues in teaching massage techniques within sports education programs, particularly concerning students' inadequate understanding and skill development. To enhance learning outcomes, this research and development (R&D) study employed the ADDIE model, focusing on the creation and validation of video-based learning media specifically designed for massage courses. The research subjects included material and media experts as well as sports education students from Padang State University. Validation results indicated that the video content met high academic and design standards, achieving scores of 88.33% from material experts and 94.54% from media experts. Practicality tests with students yielded positive feedback, with scores of 85.9% for the small group and 85.2% for the large group, demonstrating the media's effectiveness and user-friendliness. These findings suggest that video-based learning media can significantly improve understanding and engagement in complex subjects. <p>The lack of precise application of learning methods causes students' low ability to solve Social Sciences questions based on higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS). Therefore, appropriate learning methods are needed as a solution to overcome this problem. The research aimed to test the effect of applying the Team Quiz method on students' ability to solve HOTS-based social studies questions on ASEAN material. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 36 students distributed into 2 classes. Data collection techniques through tests. Data analysis techniques using parametric statistics through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that the Shapiro-Wilk normality test was > 0.05 and the homogeneity test had a significant value (Sig.) > 0.05. This means that the research data is normally distributed and the two groups have the same level of variance. Hypothesis test results (Independent Sample T-Test) with a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. The average N-Gain score in the experimental class was 63.99% with a minimum score of 53.33 and a maximum score of 80.00, included in the quite effective category. On the other hand, the average N-Gain score in the control class was only 23.37% with a minimum score of 15.38 and a maximum score of 38.46, included in the ineffective category. <p>Learning tools must support teacher and student learning to achieve learning outcomes. The absence of teaching materials will be a barrier to good learning outcomes. Educators are asked to actively participate in creating inventive learning tools, including interesting teaching materials, with this free curriculum. Students who enjoy learning will help teachers in the learning process. The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence teaching materials have on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The method used is quantitative. The instruments used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include reliability testing, validity testing, analysis prerequisite testing, and hypothesis testing. The sample consisted of 32 students who were in class V of elementary school. The results of this research showed that the influence of teaching materials was 61% on student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, 39% was influenced by factors outside this research. <p>Low student learning motivation results in low learning outcomes. This is caused by teachers not utilizing learning media that can encourage student participation. Based on this, research was carried out which aimed to analyze the effectiveness of QR code-based scrapbook learning media to improve the learning outcomes of class IV students. The subjects of this research were 28 class IV students. The development model used is the ADDIE model. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and test methods. Data collection instruments are assessment scales, assessment sheets, and test sheets. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the media feasibility test received a very decent qualification. Testing the effectiveness of the media obtained the results that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so it can be concluded that the QR code-based scrapbook media is effectively used to improve the learning outcomes of class IV students. <p>The low learning outcomes of science are due to the current science learning process, which still applies teacher-centered teaching methods as a material provider. The learning process uses the lecture method, which only requires students to learn science by memorizing concepts, theories, and laws. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Jigsaw-type cooperative learning model assisted by Mind mapping media on science learning outcomes of grade IV students. This study included quasi-experimental research with a research design of a non-equivalent post-test-only control group design. The population of this study was all fourth-grade students, totalling 167 students. The sample of this study was taken using a random sampling technique or a lottery technique. The data analyzed in this study were the science learning outcomes of students whose learning outcomes data collection methods used the test method with multiple choice test sets. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and prerequisite test analysis (t-test). The results of calculating the average (mean) of science learning outcomes of experimental group students with very high criteria, while the average (mean) value of students in the control group with high categories. <p>At this time, educators are still more dominant in using books in science and science learning, which makes students lazy to read books. Educators should be able to develop learning media to support student learning. This research aims to develop interactive learning media based on a contextual approach that is tailored to student needs which can help teachers in implementing learning. The model used in developing this media is the ADDIE model. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are interactive learning media that is suitable and effective for use in learning. The interactive learning media based on the contextual approach that was developed was declared feasible and effectively applied in the learning process. The results of the effectiveness test calculation based on the results of the univariate t-test obtained a tcount of 13,945 which was then compared with the ttable value at a significance level of 5% with dk = 27 which was 2.05. The results show that t-count > t-table (13,945 > 2.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effectiveness of using interactive learning media can also be seen from the increase in the average science knowledge competency of students as measured through pretest and posttest. The average pretest score was 58.9 and the average posttest score was 92.6. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive learning media for economic material can be applied in learning science content for fifth grade elementary school.</p>Komang Nanda CahyaniGusti Ngurah Sastra Agustika

<p>The lack of digital-based teaching materials makes students feel bored in learning. This causes student learning outcomes to be low. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of E-modules using a Problem Based Learning approach in class IV science course content. The subjects of media effectiveness were 28 class IV students. The development model used is ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The data collection methods and instruments used in this research are questionnaire methods and objective tests in the form of multiple choices. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the feasibility and practicality of the media by experts and respondents received very good qualifications and were suitable for use. The results of the effectiveness test state that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the development of the E-module using the Problem Based Learning approach that was developed is effective and suitable for use by class IV students. <p>Learning outcomes in Civics subjects for elementary school students are still low. This is because teachers do not use learning models that suit students' learning styles. So this research aims to analyze the influence of Discovery learning using the Teaching at Right Level (TaRL) approach on Class IV Civics Learning Outcomes. The method used in this research is quantitative using a Quasi Experimental Design approach. The population in this study was all class IV consisting of class IV A and class IV B. The sample for this research was class IV A students totalling 23 students as the experimental class and class IV B students totalling 23 students as the control class. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection technique used is a multiple-choice test. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques (t-test) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the research state that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Discovery learning using the TaRL approach on class IV Civics learning outcomes. <p>When discussing, students are still not active. This can be seen through students' lack of courage to express their ideas and lack of curiosity about the lesson material. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of the POE learning model assisted by environmental media on the science and science attitudes of class V students. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group research design. The population of this study was all 426 class V students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling which obtained 28 students from the VB class as the experimental class and 29 students from the VA class as the control class. Data collection methods and instruments use questionnaire sheets. Scientific attitude data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistical analysis using the polled variance t-test. The results of the hypothesis test show that H<sub>0</sub> is rejected and H<sub>1</sub> is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the POE learning model assisted by environmental media has an influence on the science and science attitudes of fifth grade elementary school students. <p>Conventional learning is still carried out in Indonesian language learning. This causes students to get bored and not enthusiastic about learning. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the effectiveness of electronic books on student learning outcomes in class IV Indonesian language subjects. This research is development research that refers to the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. Research data collection methods and instruments were collected using questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The research data was then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, quantitatively, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. This research used 29 fourth grade students as subjects. The results of this research show that the media feasibility test by experts and respondents received very good qualifications and was suitable for use. The effectiveness test results show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the results of using Electronic Books based on the Contextual Approach are effectively used in the reading activities of class IV students. The implication of this research is that it is an example of the application of digital teaching materials for Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.
