PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS PADA PEGAWAI DI SMA NEGERI 1 SERIRIT KABUPATEN BULELENG)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan tentang (1) pengaruh self efficacy terhadap emotional exhaustion pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (2) pengaruhself efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (3) pengaruhemotional exhaustion terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (4) pengaruhself efficacy dan emotional exhaustion terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai administrasi SMA Negeri 1 Seririt, dan objeknya adalah self efficacy, emotional exhaustion, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai.Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah30 pegawai.Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Self-efficacy berpengaruh negatif terhadap emotional exhaustion pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (2) Self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (3) Emotional exhaustion berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (4) Self efficacy dan Emotional exhaustion berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Seririt.Kata Kunci : self efficacy, emotional exhaustion, kepuasan kerja.
This study aims to obtain findings on (1) the effect of self efficacy on emotional exhaustion of the employees of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (2) the influence of self efficacy on job satisfaction of the employee of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. (3) the influence of emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt employee. (4) the influence of self efficacy and emotional exhaustion on the job satisfaction of the employee of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. In this research use quantitative research design with qualitative approach. Subjects in this study are administrative staff of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt, and the object is self efficacy, emotional exhaustion, and employee job satisfaction. The population of this study amounted to 30 employees. Data were collected using questionnaire, then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) Self-efficacy negatively affects the emotional exhaustion of SMAN 1 Seririt employees. (2) Self efficacy has an effect on job satisfaction of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt employee. (3) Emotional exhaustion has an effect on job satisfaction of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt employee. (4) Self efficacy and Emotional exhaustion have an effect on job satisfaction of the employee of SMA Negeri 1 Seririt.
