PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. XL AXIATA TBK. SINGARAJA
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) self efficacy dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) self efficacy dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (3) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada “PT.XL Axiata Tbk. Singaraja”Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja, self efficacy
This research aimed to obtain explanative findings that were tested about the effect of (1) self-efficacy and job experience toward employee performance (2) self-efficacy toward employee performance, (3) job experience toward employee performance. The design used in this research was causal quantitative. Questionnaire was used as the method of data collection which were then analyzed by using multiple linear regression with classical assumption test. The result of the research shows that (1) self-efficacy and job experience gives positive influence and significant toward employee performance (2) self-efficacy gives positive effect and significant toward employee performance and (3) job experience gives positive effect and significant toward employee performance at “PT.XL Axiata Tbk. Singaraja”
