ANALISIS AKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN ASET DI DIVISI INSTITUT PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA ALAM (IPSA) TAHUN 2011-2012

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan deskriptif tentang rasio aktivitas penggunaan aset di divisi IPSA PT Karya Pak Oles Tokcer tahun 2011-2012 ditinjau dari rasio perputaran persediaan, perputaran piutang, perputaran modal kerja, perputaran aktiva tetap, dan perputaran total aktiva. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah divisi Institut Pengembangan Sumber Daya Alam (IPSA) PT Karya Pak Oles Tokcer dan objeknya adalah aktivitas penggunaan aset. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif yang berupa aktivitas penggunaan aset yang bersumber dari laporan neraca dan laporan laba/rugi yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara, serta dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas penggunaan aset secara total di tahun 2011 berada pada kategori cepat yang artinya rata-rata rasio aktivitas operasional berada di atas standar yang telah ditetapkan. akan tetapi pada tahun 2012 berada pada kategori lambat artinya rata-rata rasio aktivitas penggunaan aset berada di bawah standar yang telah ditetapkan. Aktivitas penggunaan aset jika dilihat per dimensi rasio perputaran persediaan dan rasio perputaran modal kerja tahun 2011 berada pada kategori cepat sedangkan jika dilihat dari perputaran piutang, rasio perputaran modal kerja tahun 2012, rasio perputaran aktiva tetap dan rasio perputaran total aktiva berada pada kategori lambat.

This study aims to obtain descriptive findings on the use of activity ratios in the division of assets IPSA PT Karya Pak Oles tokcer years 2011-2012 in terms of inventory turnover ratio, receivable turnover, working capital turnover, fixed asset turnover, and total asset turnover. Subjects in this study is a division of the Institute of Natural Resource Development (IPSA) PT Karya Pak Oles tokcer and its object is the activity for which the asset . The type of data collected is quantitative data in the form of activity that comes from the use of assets and the balance sheet profit/loss collected through documentation and interview techniques, as well as analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the activity utilization in total assets in the year 2011 in the category quickly, which means the average ratio of operating activities are above the established standards but in 2012 in the category of slow means the average ratio of activity use of an asset falls below the standard established. Activity for which the asset when viewed per dimension inventory turnover ratio and working capital turnover ratio in 2011 in the category quickly whereas if viewed from receivable turnover, working capital turnover ratio in 2012, the ratio of fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover ratio is at slow category.
