PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA ALOKASI UMUM, DAN BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum dan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (2) pendapatan asli daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (3) dana alokasi umum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (4) belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (5) pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja modal,dan (6) dana alokasi umum terhadap belanja modal pada Kabupaten Buleleng. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Buleleng, dan objeknya adalah pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, belanja modal, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dan belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (2) pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (3) dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (4) belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (5) pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja modal, dan (6) dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja modal.

This research aimed to obtain an explanatory proven findings about (1) the effect of the local revenue, general allocation funds, and capital expenditures to economic growth, (2) the effect of the local revenue to economic growth, (3) the effect of the general allocation funds to economic growth, (4) the effect of the capital expenditures to economic growth, (5) the effect of the local revenue to capital expenditures, and (6) the effect of the general allocation of funds to capital expenditures in Buleleng. This study used causal quantitative design. The subject of this study was Revenue Department Buleleng and the object was the local revenue, general allocation funds, capital expenditures, and economic growth. The data was collected using documentation techniques, and it’s analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) local revenue, general allocation funds, and capital expenditures have positive impact on the economic growth, (2) local revenue have positive impact on the economic growth, (3) general allocation funds have positive impact on the economic growth, (4) capital expenditures have positive impact on the economic growth, (5) local revenue have positive impact on capital expenditures, and (6) general allocation funds have positive impact on capital expenditures.
