Pengaruh Modal Kerja dan Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang (1) pengaruh modal kerja dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas, (2) pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas, (3) pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas, dan (4) pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung modal kerja terhadap likuiditas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi, dan objek penelitian adalah modal kerja, likuiditas dan profitabilitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) modal kerja dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (2) modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (3) likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (4) modal Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Likuiditas.

The purpose of this research to get explanative findings about (1) the effect of capital work and liquidity toward profitability, (2) the effect of capital work on profitability, (3) the effect of liquidity towards profitability, (4) the effect of direct and indirect capital work toward the liquidity. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of this research was The Company Trade of Goods Production, and the object of this research were capital work, liquidity, and profitability. The data was obtained by documentation technique, and then it’s analyzed using path analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) capital work and liquidity had positive significant effect to the profitability, (2) the variable of capital work had positive significant effect to the profitability, (3) the variable of liquidity had negative significant effect to the profitability, (4) the variable of capital work had positive significant effect to the liquidity.
