PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAN SEKTOR TRANSPORTASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (4) ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi, dan objek penelitian adalah ukuran perusahaan struktur modal dan nilai perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

The purpose of this research to get explanative findings about (1) the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value, (2) the effect of firm size on firm value, (3) the effect of capital structure on firm value, (4) the effect of firm size on capital structure . The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject was The Company Transport Sector, and the object were firm size, capital structure, and firm value. The data was obtained by documentation technique, and then it’s analyzed using path analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) firm size and capital structure had significant effect to the firm value, (2) firm size had positive significant effect to the firm value, (3) capital structure had positive significant effect to the firm value, (4) firm size had positive significant effect to the capital structure.
