ANALISIS DAMPAK PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan (1) kinerja karyawan sebelum diadakanya pelatihan, (2) keuntungan yang diberikan karyawan kepada perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah diadakanya pelatihan, (3) dampak pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Tbk. Cabang Singaraja sesudah diadakanya pelatihan, (4) Return On Training Investment (ROTI) setelah diadakanya pelatihan. Lokasi Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Tbk. Cabang Singaraja dengan jumlah Sampel sebanyak 47 Orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah jenis data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pencatatan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji beda One sampel t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja karyawan sebelum pelatihan belum optimal, (2) terdapat peningkatan Keuntungan setelah pelatihan yang diperoleh perusahaan, (3) terdapat Dampak pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan sesudah pelatihan, (4) nilai Return On Training Investment (ROTI) diperoleh sebesar 219,40%.

This study aims to describe (1) the employee's performance before training, (2) the advantage provided by the employee to the company before and after training, (3) the impact of training on employee performance of PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Tbk. Singaraja branch after training, (4) Return on Training Investment (ROTI) after training. Locations Research conducted at PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Tbk. Singaraja branch of the number of samples as many as 47 people. Data used in the study is a kind of quantitative data with secondary data sources. Data collection method using a recording of the document. Data were analyzed using analysis of different test One sample t-test with SPSS version 21.00. The results showed that (1) the employee's performance before the training is not optimal, (2) there is an increased advantage after the training obtained by the company, (3) there are impacts of training on employee performance after training, (4) the value of Return On Training Investment (ROTI) obtained by 219.40%.
