Redesign Website Media Pendidikan Keluarga Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking dan Skala Kegunaan Sistem

Penggunaan media edukasi dewasa ini semakin berkembang ke beberapa platform seperti website. Developer aplikasi media edukasi perlu memperhatikan antarmuka yang baik agar interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan nyaman. Salah satu media edukasi keluarga berbasis website yakni mendadakparenting.com. Website ini kami evaluasi kepada pengguna dengan memperhatikan fitur dan menu yang belum tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki desain dan meningkatkan ketertarikan pengguna dalam menggunakan media edukasi keluarga berupa website tersebut. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode design thinking. Pemilihan metode ini telah kami pertimbangkan karena cocok dengan pendekatan kepada pengguna. Teknik evaluasi yang kami gunakan adalah system usability scale. Pada kuisioner sebelum dilakukan perancangan ulang didapatkan skor 65.3, sehingga memang perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang. Kemudian setelah kami lakukan perancangan ulang dengan penambahan beberapa fitur sesuai masukan pengguna. Tingkat kemudahan berdasarkan evaluasi kepada pengguna mengenai perancangan aplikasi website media edukasi keluarga menghasilkan skor 82 dengan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi, skala nilainya A, dan rating adjektifnya masuk dalam kriteria luar biasa. Sehingga redesign yang telah kami lakukan berhasil sesuai hasil evaluasi SUS.
