Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kenaikan harga produk tertentu pasca pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Singaraja terindikasi merupakan persaingan usaha tidak sehat serta (2) mengetahui akibat hukum terhadap pelaku usaha di Kota Singaraja yang menaikkan harga produk terlalu tinggi saat masa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999. Jenis penelitan yang digunakan adalah penilitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan bentuk purposive sampling yakni sampel yang akan dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan penelitian subjektif dari peneliti. Pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kenaikan harga produk di masa pandemi Covid-19 di kota singaraja dikatakan terindikasi merupakan persaingan usaha tidak sehat, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa pelaku usaha secara tidak jujur dan melawan hukum telah melakukan penetapan harga yang dimana melanggar ketentuan Pasal 5 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 yangmengatur mengenai penetapan harga (price fixing) terhadap produk tersebut sehingga mengalami kenaikan yang tinggi dan tidak wajar. Akibat hukum terhadap pelaku usaha yang menaikkan harga produk terlalu tinggi di masa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 1999 yakni dapat perupa pembatalan pembelian produk, pembatan perjanjian atau bahkan pemberian sanksi administratif berdasarkan atas ketentuan dalam Pasal 47 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999.
