WANPRESTASI DALAM ARISAN ONLINE YANG MENGAKIBATKAN KERUGIAN TERHADAP PESERTA ARISAN DI KABUPATEN JEMBRANA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana upaya hukum dalam perjanjian lisan arisan online (2) mengetahui akibat dari wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh admin arisan online dikabupaten Jembrana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan bentuk purposive sampling yakni penentuan subjek penelitian sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dan dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan/penelitian subjektif dari peneliti. Pengolahan data dan analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kerugian dari para peserta arisan harus dipertanggung jawab oleh admin arisan yang berupa ganti rugi dengan penyelesaikan secara litigasi atau nonlitigasi.
