PENERAPAN BLOKADE DALAM KONFLIK BERSENJATA DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF HUKUM HUMANITER INTERNASIONAL
Abstract
In human history, armed conflict (war) has always undermined world peace and human civilization. Means that armed conflict (war) is unidirectional and related to the foundations of peace. History records that various blockade actions have occurred and were carried out by the warring parties. The blockade as one of the methods used by the warring parties in an armed conflict (war) has caused very sad consequences, suffering, misery and even a very large number of victims. For whatever reason the blockade has violated international law in general and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in particular
