This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) work discipline and motivation on employee productivity, (2) work discipline on employee productivity, (3) motivation on employee productivity, (4) work discipline on motivation at the Research, Development and Innovation Agency. Buleleng Regency. The research method used is causal quantitative. The subject of this research is a contract employee of Balitbang Buleleng Regency. The object of this research is work discipline, motivation, and employee productivity. The total population in this research is 30 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research are: (1) work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity, (2) work discipline has a positive effect on employee productivity, (3) motivation has a positive effect on employee productivity, (4) work discipline has a positive effect on employee productivity. positive on motivation.
