PENGARUH TEORI KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING BASU DEWA KRISNA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF ACHIEVEMENT MELALUI LESSON STUDY PADA SISWA KELAS X-1 DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKASADA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teori Konseling Kognitif Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modeling Basu Dewa Krisna Untuk Meningkatkan Self Achievement Melalui Lesson Study Pada Siswa Kelas X-1 Di Sma Negeri 1 Sukasada. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) dengan rancangan penelitian “Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design”. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 21 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner self achievement, dianalisis dengan teknik analisis t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dapatkan thitung = 3.323 dengan signifikansi 0,003 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling kognitif behaviora teknik modeling basu dewa krisna melalui lesson study untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa kelas X-1 di SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.Kata Kunci : Konseling Kognitif Behavioral, Self Achievement, Teknik Modeling
This study aims to determine the Influence of Behavioral Cognitive Counseling Theory With Modeling Technique Basu Dewa Krisna To Improve Self Achievement Through Lesson Study In X-1 Students In Sma Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research type is quasi experiment with research design "Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design". Sampling in this research is done by purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study amounted to 21 students. Data collection method used was self question questionnaire, analyzed by t-test analysis technique. The result of this research is get thitung = 3.323 with significance 0,003 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is influence of cognitive counseling behaviora technique modeling basu god krisna through lesson study to improve self achievement student of class X-1 in SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.
