PENGARUH KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK RESTRUKTURISASI KOGNITIF TERHADAP ADVERSITY QUOTIENT SISWA KELAS X MIPA 1 SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kognitif behavioral teknik restrukturisasi kognitif terhadap adversity quotient. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperimental, dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 6 siswa yang memiliki adversity quotient rendah. Pengumpulan data adversity quotient dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner adversity quotient. Kuesioner adversity quotient telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari uji hipotesis mendapatkan hasil thitung> ttabel (27,66 > 2,015). Besarnya nilai ES = 11,40 maka ES berada pada kategori tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang tinggi implementasi konseling kognitif behavioral teknik restrukturisasi kognitif terhadap adversity quotient siswa kelas X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : konseling kognitif behavioral, restrukturisasi kognitif, adversity quotient
The purpose of this research to determine the effect of cognitive behavioral counseling cognitive restructuring technique on adversity quotient. This type of research is pre-experimental, with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research were students of class X MIPA 1 which amounted to 35 students. The sample of this research is taken by purposive sampling technique with 6 students who have low adversity quotient. The data collection of adversity quotient in this research used an adversity quotient questionnaire. The adversity quotient questionnaire has been tested for its validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis used t test. The result of the research seen from the hypothesis test get thitung> ttabel (27,66 > 2,015). The value of ES = 11,40, then ES in the high category, it can be concluded that there is a high influence on the implementation of cognitive behavioral counseling cognitive restructuring technique to adversity quotient of students X MIPA 1 class SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja
