EFEKTIFITAS TEORI KONSELING ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL DENGAN TEKNIK PLACEBO MELALUI LESSON STUDY UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR SELF AGGRESSION PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 2 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling analisis transaksional dengan teknik placebo melalui lesson study untuk meminimalisir self aggression siswa kelas VIII 6 di SMP N 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan sampel ditentukan dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Singaraja dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 559 orang. Kelas VIII 6 sebagai kelompok eksperimen, Kelas VIII 7 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata skor hasil setelah diberikan perlakuan setelah diberikan perlakuan pada kelompok eksperimen adalah sebesar 139, 53 dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 140, 89. Data self aggression kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol berdistribusi normal dan homogen, data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t, maka diperoleh hasil thitung yaitu 4.089 dengan taraf signifikansi a=5% diperoleh ttabel yaitu 2, 04. Sehingga thitung > ttabel berarti H0 ditolak dan HA diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Konseling Analisis Transaksional dengan teknik placebo melalui lesson study efektif untuk meminimalisir self aggression siswa kelas VIII 6 di SMP N 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Analisis Transaksional, Self Aggresion
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of transactional counseling counseling with placebo technique through lesson study to minimize the self aggression of grade VIII 6 students at SMP N 2 Singaraja. This research is quasi experimental research with sample determined by purposive sampling technique. The method used in data collection is questionnaire. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMPN 2 Singaraja with the number of students as much as 559 people. Class VIII 6 as the experimental group, Class VIII 7 as the control group. The results showed that the mean score of the results after being given treatment after being given treatment in the experimental group amounted to 139, 53 and a control group of 140, 89. Data self aggression experimental and control groups with normal distribution and homogeneous, the data were analyzed using t-test, the obtained The tcount of 4,089 with significance level a = 5% obtained ttable that is 2, 04. So thitung> ttabel means H0 rejected and HA accepted. Based on t-test result stated that there is influence of Transactional Analysis Counseling with placebo technique through effective lesson study to minimize self aggression of class VIII 6 students at SMP N 2 Singaraja.
