PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK MODELING DAN ROLE PLAYING TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI B UPW SMK N 1 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2017/2018

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan role playing terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja (2) terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik modeling antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja, (3) terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik role playing anatara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, dan kuesioner motivasi belajar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kruskall wallis dan t-burney. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest-control group design. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan role playing berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, dilihat dari analisis H > X2kw (α) (k-1) (15,158 > 5,591) (2) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (18,444 > 2,571) (3) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik role playing antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (5,888 > 2,571). Sehingga pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan role playing berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI B UPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci : behavioral, modeling, role playing, motivasi belajar
This research is an experimental research with the aim to know: (1) whether there is influence of behavioral counseling with modeling and role playing technique toward student learning motivation of class XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja (2) there is influence of behavioral counseling of modeling technique between before and after treatment On the motivation to learn the students of class XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja, (3) there is influence of behavioral counseling technique of role playing between before and after treatment to student motivation class XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja. The population of this research is the students of class XI B UPW SMK N 1 Singaraja Lesson Year 2017/2018. The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheet, and questionnaire of learning motivation. Data analysis method used is kruskall wallis and t-burney test. The design of this research is pretest-posttest-control group design. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that (1) behavioral counseling approach of modeling technique with role playing influenced learning motivation, seen from the analysis of H> X2kw (α) (k-1) (15,158> 5,591) (2) behavioral counseling approach of modeling technique between Before and after the treatment effect on the motivation to learn, seen from the analysis of tcount> ttable (18,444> 2,571) (3) behavioral counseling approach of role playing technique between before and after treatment influence to learning motivation, seen from ccounting value analysis> ttable (5,888> 2,571). So the behavioral counseling approach of modeling and role playing technique has an effect on the students' learning motivation of class XI B UPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja lesson year 2017/2018.
