Pengaruh Konseling Kognitif Behavioral Teknik Self Instruction terhadap Adversity Quotient Siswa Kelas VIII A7 SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kognitif behavioral teknik self instruction terhadap adversity quotient siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperiment, dengan satu kelompok desain pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII A7 yang berjumlah 28 orang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 8 orang siswa yang memiliki adversity quotient rendah. Pengumpulan data adversity quotient dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner adversity quotient. Kuesioner adversity quotient telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari hasil thitung > ttabel (3,10 > 1,895). Besarnya ES=1,085 maka ES berada pada kategori tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap konsep kognitif perilaku teknik self instruction terhadap adversity quotient siswa kelas VIII A7 SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan kepada guru BK untuk menunjang dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa yang belum memiliki gambaran tentang kepribadian adversity quotient.Kata Kunci : adversity quotient, konseling kognitif behavioral,self instruction
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of behavioral cognitive counseling technique of self instruction toward adversity quotient of students. This type of research is pre-experiment, with one pretest-posttest design group. The population in this study are students of class VIII A7 which amounted to 28 people. The sample of this research uses purposive sampling technique with the number of 8 students who have low adversity quotient. The data collection of adversity quotient in this study used an adversity quotient questionnaire. the adversity quotient questionnaire has been tested for its validity and reliability, whereas for hypothesis testing is used t test. The results seen from the test results. The result of tcount> ttable (3.10> 1.895). ES = 1,085 then ES is in high category, So it can be concluded that there is a high influence on the concept of cognitive behavior of self instruction techniques to adversity quotient of students of class VIII A7 SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. The results of this study is expected to be used as a reference to BK teachers to support in providing guidance to students who do not have a picture of the adversity quotient.
