Studi Literature: Pendekatan Teori Trait and Factor Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karir Siswa SMA

Students ' confusion in determining further education after high school graduation is one of the most common problems in high school education and equals. This research aims to provide an overview based on literature on the Trait theory and Factor that can be used as one of the approaches to career counseling to help students to be able to choose a future education or an upcoming job by understanding the match between themselves and their future work. This study uses a study of literature that aims to study more deeply on the theme raised. Research results show that the maturity of a career is quite important because it helps individuals make the right career choices. The Trait and Factor approach is considered necessary and able to be used in providing services focused on the career guidance field to help learners understand the potential that exists with him and to match with the career/work he chooses.Downloads
