Pengembangan Instrumen Skala Motivasi Beprestasi Di Kalangan Siswa SMP

Target penlitian ini yakni mengembangkan instrumen Skala Motivasi Berprestasi di kalangan siswa SMP. Motivasi berprestasi merupakan energy pendorong setiap pribadi supaya unggul diberbagai dimensi, melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia agar menghadirkan afeksi positif. Metode Research and Development (R&D) yang dipakai ialah model ADDIE, tercatat ada 5 tahapan yakni Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Subjek penelitian ialah para ahli dan praktisi, diantaranya 3 dosen serta 2 guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk menilai tingkat validitas 50 butir pernyataan, adapun siswa SMP akan mengisi google form. Data dianalisis memakai Lawshe’s Formula CVR (content validity ratio) dan CVI (content validity indeks). Hasil kalkulasi didapat CVR=1 per tiap item pernyataan, maka hasil dari analisis CVI = 1. Sehingga isi item Skala Motivasi Berprestasi dinyatakan Valid. Kemudian hasil reliabilitas dari mengujicobakan instrument kepada 28 siswa SMP memberikan hasil perhitungan SPSS Crombach’s Alpha yaitu 0.684 reliabilitas moderat sehingga koesioner terbilang konsisten (reliable).
