Kecerdasan Emosi Dengan Budaya Organisasi Pada Karyawan Di PT. Tripilar Betonmas Group Salatiga

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan budaya organisasi pada karyawan di PT Tripilar Betonmas Group, Salatiga. Variabel kecerdasan emosi dan budaya organisasi diukur empat pilihan jawaban likert yakni sangat setuju (SS), setuju (S), tidak setuju (TS), dan sangat tidak setuju (STS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang masih aktif dan berstatus sebagai karyawan di PT Tripilar Betonmas Group, Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan data simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment r = 0,355 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,04 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara dua variabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan budaya organisasi pada karyawan di PT Tripilar Betonmas Group, Salatiga.References
