EFEKTIVITAS MODEL KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL DENGAN STRATEGI SELF-INSTRUCTION DAN SELF-MANAGEMENT TERHADAP PENINGKATAN SELF EXHIBITION DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model konseling kognitif behavioral dengan strategi self-instruction dan self-management terhadap peningkatan self exhibition ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 52 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah anava dua jalur dengan desain 2x2 faktorial dan t-scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan konseling kognitif behavioral antara siswa yang mengikuti strategi self-instruction dengan self-management terhadap self-exhibition (F=6,210; p<0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi konseling kognitif behavioral strategi self-instruction dan self-management dengan jenis kelamin terhadap self-exhibition (F=15,642;p<0,05), (3) terdapat perbedaan self exhibition pada siswa perempuan yang mendapat treatment self-instruction dibandingkan dengan treatment self-management (t=9,559; α<2,008), (4) terdapat perbedaan self-exhibition pada siswa laki-laki yang mendapat treatment self-instruction dibandingkan dengan treatment self-management (t=2,118; α<2,008).Kata Kunci : konseling kognitif behavioral, strategi self-instruction, strategi self-management, self-exhibition
This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral counseling model with a strategy of self-instruction and self-management to the improvement of self exhibition reviewed of gender. The sample of this study are 52 students that conducted by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique which is used in this study was two ways ANAVA with 2x2 factorial design and t-Scheffe. The study results showed that: (1) there are differences in cognitive-behavioral counseling among students who follow the strategy of self-instruction and self-management to the self-exhibition (F = 6.210; p <0.05), (2) there is an interaction effect of cognitive behavioral counseling strategy of self-instruction and self-management in terms of gender to the self-exhibition (F = 15.642, p <0.05), (3) there are differences in self-exhibition on female students who receive self-instruction treatment compare with self-management treatment ( t = 9.559; α <2.008), (4) there are differences in self-exhibition on male students who receive the self-instruction treatment compared with self-management treatment (t = 2.118; α <2.008).
