EFEKTIFITAS MODEL KONSELING COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF DAN TEKNIK MODELING TERHADAP SELF AFFILIASI DI TINJAU DARI TIPE KEPERIBADIAN PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP LAB UNDIKSHA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan efektifitas model cognitif behavioral dengan teknik asertif dan teknik modeling terhadap self affiliasi di tinjau dari tipe keperibadian pada siswa kelas VIII SMP LAB Undiksha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi exsperiment) dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VIII SMP LAB Undiksha Singaraja yang berjumlah 2 kelas yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan siswa sebanyak 20 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Self Afiliasi, yang diperoleh dengan metode kuesioner dan metode observasi untuk melihat siswa yang memiliki Self Afiliasi rendah. Data Self Afiliasi dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif anava dua jalur. Semua pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan efektifitas model cognitif behavioral dengan teknik asertif dan teknik modeling (t = 4,00; p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa: Rata-rata gain skor ternormalisasi untuk Teknik Asertif Sistematis sebesar 33,36 dan standar deviasi sebesar 451,65. Sedangkan rata-rata gain skor ternormalisasi untuk Teknik Modeling sebesar 11,14 dan standar deviasi 388,90. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektifitas model cognitif behavioral dengan teknik asertif dan teknik modeling terhadap self affiliasi di tinjau dari tipe keperibadian pada siswa kelas VIII SMP LAB Undiksha.Kata Kunci : model cognitif behavioral, asertif, modeling, Self Afiliasi
This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral models with assertive techniques and modeling techniques to self affiliasi in the review of the type of personality in class VIII SMP LAB Undiksha. This research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi exsperiment) with draft Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP LAB Undiksha Singaraja totaling 2 classes as many as 70 people. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique with students as many as 20 people. The data collected in this study is data Self Affiliasi, which was obtained by questionnaire and methods of observation to see students who have low self Affiliasi. Self Affiliasi Data analyzed with descriptive analysis anova two lanes. All hypothesis testing was done on a significance level of 5%. The results showed there are differences in the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral models with assertive techniques and modeling techniques (t = 4.00; p <0.05). Based on the analysis, it was found that: The average gain score normalized for Assertive Systematic Techniques of 33.36 and a standard deviation of 451.65. While the average gain for Mechanical Modeling normalized score of 11.14 and a standard deviation of 388.90. This shows that there are differences in the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral models with assertive techniques and modeling techniques to self affiliate in the review of the type of personality in class VIII SMP LAB Undiksha
