PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF DAN TEKNIK MODELING TERHADAP SELF-EFFICACY SISWA KELAS X MIPA 4 SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif, (2) perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling, (3) perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dengan siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 4 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang siswa yang memiliki self-efficacy yang rendah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner self-efficacy. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif, (2) ada perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling, (3) ada perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dengan siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif dan teknik modeling berpengaruh terhadap self-efficacy siswa kelas X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.

This research is an experimental research design with pretest posttest control group design. The study population was the students of class X MIPA 4 totaling 30 people. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with total sample of 15 students who have low self-efficacy. Collecting data in this study using self-efficacy questionnaire. Data analysis method used is Independent samples t-test. The results showed that: (1) there are differences in self-efficacy between students who receive treatment behavioral counseling techniques assertiveness training to students who did not receive treatment behavioral counseling techniques assertiveness training, (2) there are differences in self-efficacy between students who receive treatment behavioral counseling modeling techniques with students who did not receive treatment counseling behavioral modeling techniques, (3) there are differences in self-efficacy between students who received behavioral counseling treatment assertiveness training techniques with students who receive treatment counseling behavioral modeling techniques. Based on this it can be concluded that behavioral counseling assertiveness training techniques and modeling techniques affect the self-efficacy of students of class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.
