Pengaruh Konseling Rasional Emotif dan Konseling Behavioral Terhadap Self-Efficacy Siswa Kelas X IBB SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling rasional emotif dan konseling behavioral terhadap Self-Efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja dengan populasi penelitian sejumlah 64 orang pada kelas X IBB Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 15 orang siswa. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif tentang peningkatan Self-Efficacy. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling rasional emotif dan konseling behavioral berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan Self-Efficacy siswa, hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (9,62>5,991) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling rasional emotif dan konseling behavioral berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan Self-Efficacy siswa.Kata Kunci : konseling rasional emotif, konseling behavioral, Self-Efficacy
This research aims to determine the effect of rational emotive counseling and behavioral counseling to students self efficacy. This research is experimental research design using pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja with 64 population in a class of X IBB in the academic year 2015/2016. The Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique with 15 students. The type of data collected is qualitative and qualitative data about the increase of Self-efficacy. Method of data collection use was questionnaire. Data analyzed using Kruskal Wallis statistic analyzed. The results showed that rational emotive counseling and behavioral counseling improving students self efficacy, it is seen from the analysis t¬count¬ is more bigger then ttabel (9,62>5,991) with 5% significance level. This indicated that rational emotive counseling and behavioral counseling effect in improving students Self Efficacy.
