PERBEDAAN PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK TOKEN ECONOMY DAN SHAPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF ENDURANCE SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan self endurance antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik token economy dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik token economy pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, (2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan self endurance antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik shaping dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik shaping pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, (3) perbedaan self endurance antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik token economy dengan siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik shaping pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen I, X BHS sebagai kelompok eksperimen II dan X BHS 4 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner self endurance. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Independent sampel t-test dan dibantu dengan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen I yang ditreatmen dengan konseling behavioral teknik token economy didapatkan thitung 19,156> ttabel 2,31. Kelompok eksperimen II yang ditreatmen dengan konseling behavioral teknik shaping didapatkan thitung 10,835> ttabel 2,31. Treatmen konseling behavioral teknik token economy dan teknik shaping didapatkan thitung 3,139> ttabel 2,31. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral teknik token economy dan teknik shaping berpengaruh terhadap self endurance siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral,teknik token economy,shaping, self endurance
This study aims to determine: (1) differences in self endurance between students who receive treatment behavioral counseling techniques token economy with students who do not get treatment behavioral counseling techniques token economy in class X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, (2) To determine differences in self endurance among students who received treatment of behavioral counseling techniques shaping with students who do not get treatment behavioral counseling techniques shaping in class X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, (3) to know the difference self endurance between students who receive treatment behavioral counseling techniques token economy with students who get treatment of behavioral counseling shaping techniques in class X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. Samples were students of class X MIPA 1 as an experimental group I, X BHS 3 as an experimental group II and X BHS 4 as the control group. The process of collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, diaries and questionnaires self endurance. Data analysis method used is Independent samples t-test and assisted with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study is the first experimental group ditreatmen with behavioral counseling techniques thitung token economy gained 19.156> ttabel 2.31. The experimental group II ditreatmen with behavioral counseling shaping techniques obtained thitung 10.835> ttabel 2.31. Treatments behavioral counseling techniques token economy and shaping techniques obtained thitung 3.139> 2.31 ttabel. From these results, it can be concluded that behavioral counseling techniques token economy and shaping techniques affect the self endurance class X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja.
