Perbedaan Efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Latihan Asertif dan Teknik Pengondisian Aversi untuk Meminimalisasi Perilaku Agresif Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Latihan Asertif untuk meminimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa, (2) efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Pengondisian Aversi untuk meminimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa, (3) perbedaan efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Latihan Asertif dan Teknik Pengondisian Aversi untuk meminimalisasi perilaku agresif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Sample ditarik dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest-control group design. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Teknik Latihan Asertif efektif meminimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa, (2) Teknik Pengondisian Aversi efektif meminimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa, (3) terdapat perbedaan efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik Latihan Asertif dan Pengondisian Aversi untuk meminimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa. Dalam hal mana konseling behavioral dengan teknik pengondisian aversi lebih efektif dibanding dengan konseling behavioral dengan teknik latihan asertif.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Latihan Asertif, Perilaku Agresif, Pengondisian Aversi
This research aims was to determine: (1) The Effectiveness of Behavioral Counseling with Assertive Training technique to minimize student’s agressive behavior. (2) The effectiveness of behavioral counseling with Aversion Conditioning technique to minimize aggressive behavior of the students. (3) To determine the effectiveness differences ofbehavioral counseling influence with Assertiveness Training technique and Aversion Conditioning technique to minimize aggressive behavior among the grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Sukasada. The sample of this research was 12 grade VIII students Of SMPN 1 Sukasada drawn by purposive sampling. This study was an experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by t-test. The results of this research are: (1) Behavioral Counseling with Assertive Training technique is effective to minimize the student’s agressive behavior. (2) Behavioral counseling with aversion conditioning technique is effective to minimize the aggressive behavior of the students. (3) There are some differences in the effectiveness of behavioral counseling influence with assertiveness training technique and aversion conditioning technique to minimize aggressive behavior. Behavioral counseling with aversion conditioning techniques are more effective compared with assertiveness training techniques to minimize aggressive behavior at the grade VIII of students at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada.
