EFEKTIVITAS MODEL KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT DAN TEKNIK SELF MANAGEMENT TERHADAP SELF ACHIEVEMENT SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 SUKASADA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Model Konseling Behavioral Teknik Positive Reinforcement dan Teknik Self Management Terhadap Self Achievement Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Desain merupakan model eksperimen semu (quasi ekperiment). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I menghasilkan 16,67 > -7,4 dimana thitung > ttabel (11,68 > 1,72). Kelompok eksperimen II menghasilkan 14,8 > -7,4 dimana thitung > ttabel (9,44 >1,73). Treatmen teknik positive reinforcement dan teknik self management model konseling behavioral didapatkan perbedaan 16,67 < 14,8 dimana t hitung > ttabel (1,98 >1,72). Hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa kedua varian homogen dimana Fhitung < Ftabel yaitu 0,74 < 4,08. Dari hasil uji t bahwa Harga thitung diperoleh 1,98 dan Harga ttabel sebesar 1,72. Jika dibandingkan Harga t hitung dengan Harga t tabel didapatkan bahwa 1,98 > 1,72 artinya Harga t hitung > Harga t tabel. Ini membuktikan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan antara teknik positive reinforcement dengan teknik self management model konseling behavioral terhadap self achievement siswa. Dari hasil rerata hitung, didapatkan 16,67 > 14,8 , artinya nilai rerata hitung teknik positive reinforcement lebih besar daripada teknik self management. Ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Untuk itu hipotesis ketiga yaitu terdapat perbedaan efektivitas teknik positive reinforcement dengan teknik self management model konseling behavioral terhadap self achievement siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada diterima.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Positive Reinforcement, Self Management, Self Achievement
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Behavioral Counseling Model Positive Reinforcement Engineering and Engineering Management Self Against Self Achievement Class X SMAN 1 Sukasada. The study design used is Nonequivalent Control Group is a model of a quasi-experimental design (quasi ekperiment). Data analysis method used was t-test. The results of this study is the first experimental group resulted in 16.67 > -7.4, where thitung > ttable (11.68 >1.72). The experimental group II yielded 14.8 > -7.4 where thitung > ttable (9.44 > 1,73). Treatments positive reinforcement techniques and techniques of self-management model of behavioral counseling was no difference 16,67 < 14,8 where thitung > ttable (1.98 > 1,72). The test results confirmed that the two variants of the F homogenized where Fhitung < Ftable is 0,74 < 4,08. From the results of the t test that the price obtained thitung 1.98 and Price ttabel 1.72. When compared with Price ttable shows that 1,98 > 1,72 means the price thitung > t table price. This proves that there is a difference between positive reinforcement techniques with self-management techniques towards self behavioral counseling model student achievement. Arithmetic mean of the results, obtained 16.67 > 14.8, means the arithmetic mean value of positive reinforcement techniques is greater than self-management techniques. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. For the third hypothesis that there are differences in the effectiveness of positive reinforcement techniques with the technique of self management model of behavioral counseling to self achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada accepted.
