PERBEDAAN PENGARUH MODEL KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK MODELLING DENGAN STRATEGI SELF-MANAGEMENT DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI NEGARA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model konseling Behavioral teknik modelling meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh model konseling Behavioral strategi self-management meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh model konseling behavioral teknik modelling dengan strategi self-management dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Negara. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner minat belajar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Mann Whitney U. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen I dengan kelompok kontrol yaitu nilai rerata kelompok 1 > kelompok kontrol (22,30 > 8,70), sehingga kelompok eksperimen 1 efektif meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok ekspermen II dengan kelompok kontrol yaitu nilai rerata kelompok eksperimen 2> kelompok kontrol (22,40 > 8,60), sehingga kelompok eksperimen 2 efektif meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Kemudian, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen I dengan kelompok eksperimen II yaitu nilai rerata kelompok eksperimen 1 < kelompok eksperimen 2 (13,10 < 17,90). Maka dari itu, dapat diketahui bahwa model konseling Behavioral Strategi Self Management paling efektif untuk meningkatkan Minat Belajar siswa kelas X IPS MAN Negara.Kata Kunci : Model Konseling Behavioral, Teknik Modelling, Strategi Self-management, Minat Belajar Siswa
This study was an experimental study. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counseling models Behavioral techniques of modeling increase student interest, to determine the effect of counseling models Behavioral strategy of self-management increase student interest and to know the influence of models of behavioral counseling techniques of modeling strategy of self-management in increasing interest class X student of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri State. The process of collecting data in this study using questionnaires interest in learning. Data analysis method used was Mann Whitney U. The results of this research that there are significant differences between the experimental group I with the control group the average value of the group 1> the control group (22.30> 8.70), so the experimental group 1, effectively increasing student interest. Furthermore, there are significant differences between the groups ekspermen II with the control group the average value of the experimental group 2> the control group (22.40> 8.60), so that the experimental group 2 effectively increase student interest.
