PENERAPAN KOOPERATIF NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Berguling (Guling Depan dan Belakang) pada Senam Lantai pada siswa kelas X TGB 1 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yaitu terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas X TGB 1 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, jumlahnya 31 siswa, 6 siswi putri dan 25 siswa putra. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis aktivitas belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I mencapai 7,54% yang berada pada kategori aktif dan siklus II mencapai 9,71% yang berada pada kategori Sangat aktif. Aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan 2,17% sedangkan pada hasil belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I mencapai 80,65% berada pada kategori baik dan siklus II mencapai 100% yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Jadi hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 19,35%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas X TGB 1 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.
Abstract: This study is aimed at improving students’ activity and their learning result of (Forward and Back-Roll) on gym for X TGB 1 students at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja in the academic year of 2012/2013. This research was a class action research in which the teacher’s role as the researcher. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, including planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject was 31 students of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja consist of 6 female and 25 male students. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistic. In classical result of learning activity, in cycle I there were 7.54% improvements (active) and in cycle II it reached 9.71% which were categorized very active. Learning activity got 2,17% improvements. On learning result, in cycle I it reached 80,65% (good), and in cycle II it reached 100% which was categorized very good. Thus, learning result got 19,35% improvements. Based on findings and discussion, it can be concluded that learning activity and result on back and forward roll were improved by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT on class students at X TGB 1 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.
