IMPLEMENTASI KOOPERATIF NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar berguling senam lantai melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi atau evaluasi/refleksi. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII A SMPN 1 Sawan, berjumlah 32 orang dengan rincian 13 orang putra dan 19 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data observasi awal aktivitas belajar berguling secara klasikal sebesar 5 (cukup aktif), setelah diberi tindakan pada siklus I aktivitas belajar meningkat menjadi 7,58 (aktif) dan meningkat menjadi 8,43 (aktif) pada siklus II. Analisis data hasil belajar teknik dasar berguling pada observasi awal secara klasikal sebesar 31,25%, setelah diberi tindakan pada siklus I hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 77,19% dan meningkat menjadi 93,75% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar berguling senam lantai meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VII A SMPN 1 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes dapat mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai.
Abstract: This study aims to improve the activity and the study result of the basic technique of roll gymnastic floor through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT. This research is a classroom action research where the teacher as the researcher and conducted in two cycles consists of stages of planning, action, observation/evaluation and reflection. The subjects were 32 students of VII A grade of SMPN 1 Sawan; which consists of 19 male and 13 female students. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of data analysis for learning activities on the basis of roll in the beginning of observations is 5 (moderately active), and in the first cycle increased to 7.58 (active) and 8.43 (active) in the second cycle.While the analysis of study result of the basic technique of roll gymnastic floor in the beginning of observations is 31.25% (very less), 77.19% in the first cycle (pretty good) and 93.75% (excellent) in the second cycle. Based on the analysis results and the discussion, it can be concluded that the activity and the study result of the basic technique of roll gymnastic floor increased through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT to the students of VII A grade of SMPN 1 Sawan school year 2012/2013. It is recommended to the Penjasorkes teacher to implement this teaching model since it can improve the activity and the learning result of roll gymnastic floor.
