IMPLEMENTASI MODEL KOOPERATIF TPS MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanaan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap rencanaan tindakan, pelaksaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, berjumlah 38 orang dengan rincian 17 siswa putra dan 21 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I aktivitas belajar berguling senam lantai secara klasikal sebesar 6,7 (cukup aktif), dan meningkat menjadi 7,9 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar berguling senam lantai secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 74,1% (kurang), dan meningkat menjadi 78% (baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai pada siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 meningkatkan melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes agar menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.
Abstract: This study aimed to improve the learning activity and learning outcomes of rolling gymnastics floor through the implementation of cooperative learning model TPS. This research is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of the action planning stage, the implementation of the action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class VII of SMP Negeri 1Mengwi, totaling 38 people, 17 male and 21 female. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Results of data analysis in the first cycle and learning activities in the classical rolling floor exercises at 6.7 (quite active), and increased to 7.9 (active) in the second cycle. While the percentage of learning outcomes in the classical rolling floor exercises in the first cycle was 74.1% (less), and increased to 78% (good) in the second cycle. it can be concluded that the activity and learning outcomes rolled on the floor gymnastics class VII D of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi year 2013/2014 increased by implementing cooperative learning model TPS. It is suggested to Penjasorkes teachers to implement cooperative learning model TPS because it is proven to increase the activity and student learning outcomes.
