IMPLEMENTASI KOOPERATIF STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PASSING BOLA VOLI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STADpada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Sawan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi.Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIC SMP Negeri 1 Sawan berjumlah 36 orang, terdiri dari 17 orang putra dan 19orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk aktivitas belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli secara klasikal pada observasi awal 5,67 (kurang aktif), dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 6,67(cukup aktif) dan 8,05(aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli dari observasi awal sebesar 25% meningkat menjadi 72,22% pada siklus I dan kembali meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing (passing atas dan passing bawah) bola voli meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STADpada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : Model pembelajarankooperatif tipe STAD, aktivitas, hasil belajar,passing bola voli.
This research aimed to improve the activity and learning achievement of volleyballpassingbasic techniquesthrough the implementation ofcooperative learning model of STAD type of students in VIII CSMP Negeri1 Sawan. Thisresearchwasclassroomaction researchwhich the teacheras a researcher. It was conducted in two cyclesconsistingofplanning stage, action, observation/evaluationandreflection. Students of class VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Sawan was 36 students consisted of 17male and19studentwas female.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the data analysisforlearningvolleyballpassingbasictechniques in the initial observation had shown was 5,67 (less active) classically. It was increased to 6.67 (sufficiently active) in the first cycle and increased 8.05 (active) in the second cycle. Whereas at the initial of the result learning observation, the percentage of completeness was 25%. It was increase about 72,22% in the first cycle and increased about 100% in the second cycle. Based onthe results ofdata analysisandthe discussion, it wasconcludedthat theactivitiesandlearning achievementof the students in learning volley ball passingbasictechniques (above passing andbelowpassing) improvedthrough the application ofcooperative learning model of STAD type in class VIIICSMP Negeri1Sawan in academic year2013/2014.
