PENILAIAN KOMPETENSI SIKAP DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA BERDASARKAN KURIKULUM 2013 DI KELAS X SMK TI BALI GLOBAL SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis (1) pelaksanaan penilaian kompetensi sikap, (2) kendala-kendala dalam melaksanakan penilaian kompetensi sikap, dan (3) respons siswa terhadap pelakasanaan penilaian kompetensi sikap dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di kelas X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. Objek penelitian adalah pelaksanaan penilaian kompetensi sikap mata pelajaran bahasa Indonsesia berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan menggunakan prosedur, (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) interpretasi data, dan (4) penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan penilaian kompetensi sikap berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 yang diterapkan di kelas X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia menggunakan cara observasi, penilaian diri sendiri, penilaian antarpeserta didik, dan jurnal dengan delapan aspek (2) Guru mengalami kendala dalam melakukan penilaian kompetensi sikap, yaitu (a) banyaknya aspek penilaian kompetensi sikap, (b) sedikitnya waktu pelaksanaan penilaian, (c) adanya tuntutan dalam melaksanakan kewajiban evaluasi, dan (d) tidak semua aspek dapat diobservasi secara mendalam, (3) respons siswa kelas X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja terhadap penilaian kompetensi sikap berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013, yaitu (a) respons yang bersifat positif, yakni siswa merasa lebih termotivasi dalam belajar sehingga siswa mampu merubah sikap negatif menjadi positif (b) respons yang bersifat negatif, yakni pelaksanaan penilaian kompetensi sikap membuat siswa merasa diawasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa guru bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja sudah melakukan penilaian kompetensi sikap dengan sangat baik sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum 2013.Kata Kunci : penilaian, sikap, kurikulum, pembelajaran, respons
This study aimed to analyze (1) the implementation of attitude competency assessment, (2) obstacles in conducting attitude competence assessment, and (3) student response to the implementation of attitude competency assessment in Indonesian language learning based on Curriculum 2013 in class X SMK IT Bali Global Singaraja . This research used qualitative descriptive design. The research subjects were Indonesian language teachers and students of Class X SMK IT Bali Global Singaraja. The object of this research was the implementation of attitude competency assessment of Indonesian language subjects based on Curriculum 2013. The menthd for colecting data were, observation method, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using descriptive technique using procedure, (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) data interpretation, and (4) drawing conclusion. The result of the research shows that (1) Realization the assessment of attitude competencies based on the 2013 curriculum applied in class X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja on learning Indonesian using observation, self-assessment, assessment among students, and journals with eight aspects (2) (b) the lack of time for appraisal, (c) the existence of demands the performing in evaluation obligations, and (d) not all the aspects can be observed in depth, (3) the response students of grade X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja to ward attitude competency assessment based on Curriculum 2013, that is (a) positive response, that students feel more motivated in learning so that students able to change negative attitude in to positive (b) negative response, attitude competency assessment makes students feel supervised. The results of this study prove that the Indonesian language teacher in class X SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja has done the attitude competence assessment very well in accordance with the demands of Curriculum 2013.
