PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PLASTIK DAN KEMASAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan struktur modal secara simultan dan parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan plastik dan kemasan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pencatatan dokumen dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh good corporate governance secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 25,2%, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 14,9%, (3) ada pengaruh secara simultan good corporate governance dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 60,5%

The research aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance and capital structure toward firms value. The subject of this research is plastic and packaging companies on the Indonesia stock exchange with a total population of 11 companies. The method of data collection is documents recording and analyzed by multiple linier regression. The result shows that (1) there is a positive and significant effect on the good corporate governance on the firms value with the contribution of 25,5%, (2) there is a positive and significant effect on the capital structure on the firms value of with the contribution 14,9%, (3) there is positive and significant effect simultaneously of good corporate governance and capital structure on the firms value with the contribution of 60,5%.
