Analisis Bibliometrik terhadap Tren Kompetensi untuk Green jobs pada Bidang Keahlian Pariwisata

Pariwisata berkelanjutan merupakan konsep yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif pariwisata terhadap lingkungan, masyarakat, budaya, dan warisan alam setempat. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian mengenai pariwisata berkelanjutan dan green jobs sangat penting untuk mengembangkan industri pariwisata yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perkembangan tren riset tentang green jobs di bidang pariwisata, khususnya dalam hal kompetensi yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik secara deskriptif. Tren penelitian green jobs pada bidang pariwisata dianalisis dari tahun 1984 hingga 2023 menggunakan data artikel yang terindeks di Scopus. Analisis bibliometrik menunjukkan bahwa publisher yang paling banyak menerbitkan artikel tentang green jobs di bidang pariwisata adalah sustainability dengan jumlah artikel sebanyak 30. Penggunaan Density Visualization software VOSviewer menghasilkan visualisasi tema-tema yang terkait dengan green jobs, seperti "tourism," "education," "training," "student," "skill," "technology," "job market," "energy," dan "industry." Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tren peningkatan minat dalam riset tentang green jobs di bidang pariwisata.
