Abstrak

Penguasaan kompetensi pada era society 5.0 pada guru dan siswa seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di pendidikan vokasional masih menjadi tanda tanya besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa jauh kesiapan kompetensi guru pada era society 5.0. Penelitian survey menggunakan design yang dikembangkan oleh Rea & Parker dengan total keterlibatan 340 responden yang berasal dari guru pendidikan vokasional. Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur seluruh kompetensi era society 5.0 dengan instrumen angket berskala 4 likert. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan rata-rata dan persentase pada masing-masing kompetensi, dan juga dianalisis menggunakan uji t independent sampel dan post hoc dunnett test. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwasanya seluruh kompetensi pada era society 5.0 pada guru tergolong tinggi dan tidak berbeda secara signifikan dalam cakupan seluruh karakteristik dari responden. Pendidikan vokasi sebagai lembaga pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki peran penting untuk melakukan transformasi pembelajaran berbasis era society 5.0 untuk merespon tantangan yang ada di era tersebut.
